Excellent service from start to finish. Calvin provided a quote which was very accurate, although a couple of amendments to the job resulted in an increase in cost in line with the rest of the invoice. The guys rewired the complete house along with additional sockets, external lights and a socket and the installation of a complete alarm system. The chaps on site were very polite and courteous and were very helpful, they did the work to a high standard and left the house in good order. This is the third time I have used this company and they have never failed to impress. I would certainly recommend them to anybody requiring their services.

He explained the work being undertaken and the reason for it and also kindly waited for me to turn up, as I was unavoidably delayed. I had a few electrical jobs to do, light fittings and a replacement plug socket. The two young men arrived on time, went through everything to be done with me. They did everything very quickly and tidied up behind themselves also. Would definitely recommend.

Calvin designed and installed a garden lighting scheme for us in our newly landscaped garden. The result is absolutely breathtaking. Calvin is incredibly creative and had some brilliant ideas as to how to light the garden beautifully, which I'm so pleased we followed. A much loved cherry tree now looks like it belongs in Kew Gardens - even my generally disinterested 16 year old was suitably impressed!

Hale Electrics have been excellent from the quotation process through to the completion of the work (exterior and garden lighting). Calvin was very helpful and knowledgeable in planning the work and explaining the options. The team that did the work (James and Conrad) were very professional, polite and personable, a credit to the company. I have no hesitation in recommending Hale and would happily use them again.

I am so impressed with Hale Electrics and will definitely use them for any jobs that come up in future. Dexter Mitchell was brilliant - friendly and knowledgeable, great at thinking on his feet and problem solving. The installation of a double plug socket was more complicated than expected but Dexter figured out the best way to do it on the spot and carried out the task with good humour. He also quickly and adeptly replaced a ceiling light rose. Highly recommended!

The quality of work provided by this electrical company was extremely disappointing. It was below industry standards.

Said they were going to send an engineer round in order to provide an in-person quote. The engineer then apparently changed his mind on the same day. Went with a different company who did provide this. Poor.

Calvin was happy to the electrical checks and remedial works (not cheap!) at my rental property, but when we needed a socket checking after problems with an integrated appliance his response was that I'd be "better off getting someone else". I'd hoped to use him for all electrical work needed in the future but obviously I'll now have to look elsewhere.
