Zach came to my property to carry out the work and was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional during his visit. We had an antiquated set of electrical installations, which were inspected by AA Electrical Services and replaced with a comprehensive single fixed consumer unit as advised. In addition sockets were installed to give us an extra convenient working area in our kitchen. We had very good communications throughout planning and the installation. The operatives were delightful, friendly and very efficient. An excellent service for a very reasonable fee and which I highly recommend.

We had a great experience with AA Electrical Services. Very nice and kind people, reliable, and quick to respond whenever we had questions. Flexible to accommodate our evolving timetable. The work was done professionally, at the highest quality and with care. They may not be the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for, excellent service, highly recommended.

I cannot express strongly and gratefully enough how much I appreciated the excellent work and professionalism of Tim, Zach, and Jake, during their recent and comprehensive work at my apartment. The team spent the better part of a week diagnosing then fixing comprehensive and long-standing electrical issues. When, a few weeks after a new electrical fault appeared (unconnected with the original work) the team quickly returned and remedied that issue with speed, skill, and good humour. I used them today to fix my oven and I couldn't fault the service. I called them 22nd December and they fitted me in and fixed it today (23rd December). Would use them again

If I could give this company more stars I would. We have used this company many times for different jobs and I can't recommend them enough. Very professional, nothing was too much trouble for them and their prices were excellent.. We had a bad time with my husband having cancer and needed 2 large maintenance problems sorted with 2 different tenants. Tim and the gang took over and dealt with my tenants emailing us and the tenants all the time to keep everyone posted on the progress of the works. We appreciate this is not their job but nevertheless they helped us soooo much. Thank you AA Electrical Services.

I had AA Team install an EV charger and move some power sockets for us, it was a great experience. Very professional, clean and polite.

I had my home EV Charger installed with a warming approach and knowledgeable throughout. As my home is part of a looped circuit, we needed to contact UKPN to assist - I was comforted in the fact that this was all taken care of by the team and was later revisited to finish the install. Satisfied will be an understatement.

Rang them because my sockets kept blowing and I had family coming round that night so I needed someone quick. They were helpful on the phone and an engineer Zach visited me later that day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed on what he found and how he fixed it. So grateful for their quick and professional service. Will definitely recommend!

had a great experience with them a few years ago (through Mimi) so called them again to help with another project. This time Tim came and gave me a quote ensuring me that work would be done, however on the day his staff only completed half the job and left without completing the full job saying they need to come back and do another survey. Assume thats only because they would now want more than the agreed quote. have a listen into the notes in your dictaphone and send me a copy too, all will become VERY clear. You brought the quote down from your original one so you could start the work and then as you accept in your response, decided its time to get some more. I would tell ppl not to put their faith in the quote you provide and be vary of how much you actually mention. Not the first time I have had work done, and every honest tradesman honours their quote which you did not do.

I had AC units fitted in my house and the electrical work was done AA. The engineer, Ati was excellent. He surveyed all the possible options in our house and chose the most suitable locations to connect to the outside wall mounted condensers. I am very happy to recommend AA Electrical Services

Use A A Electrical services for the first time and Tim gave me his full attention and good advice. Jake and Zack arrived spot on time to fit my new heater and were polite, efficient and extremely tidy workers. Would recommend them in the future.

We have been using AA Electrical for a number of years and they have always delivered excellent service and results. Tim knows his business really well and is clearly up to date on all the latest developments, meaning you get informed and targeted advice on any repairs or changes you are planning. His team are also excellent - highly skilled, polite, a pleasure to have around.... and tidy! AA Electrical are my first port of call for any electrical work and will continue to be so - thoroughly recommend them!

My most recent experience with AA Electrical services has been next to none. My partner and I have recently bought a flat that required quite a lot of work. They completed various works, ranging from fitting new electric radiators and various switches and sockets to fixing an issue with our main circuit board which would have caused us problems in the future. Furthermore after the collapse of carpet right they also helped finishing our flooring and carried out some other decorative works. All to a very high standard! We had Alex carry out most of the works for us from AA. He was absolutely brilliant! Could not recommend them enough!

Decided to go with my regular sparks, but service and speed to quote was exemplary. Tim clearly knew what he was on about, I hope to be able to hire in the future.

They simply didn't appear. It seems my work was too small for them. We needed an additional socket. I contacted them and they promised to come next day from 11am to 1pm to have a look at the scope of the work and give price. I waited for them for the whole day. They didn't come and didn't contacted me to let me know that they couldn't or didn't want to (or whatever reason) come. I lost the whole day. I am not going to chase anyone. But at least they could let me know they wouldn't come. Not professional and not responsible. I am copying the text message I received from Sally confirming that it was AA Electrical Services from Orpington: "Hi Irina. I would need to send someone over to look at your existing electrical installation. Are you available tomorrow between 11 and 1pm? Kind regards Sally@AA Electrical Services"

Wouldn't recommend! Rude owner, i am a 33 year old woman and i found him really intimidating. On the phone i had to say to him " i am unsure why you are being so aggressive!" Completely unacceptable, i wish i had gone with someone else! The lady who came to do the job was lovely but it was completely tainted by the rude and aggressive owner who clearly thought his opinion was right over anyone else.

Be very interesting to hear your company's view on the behaviour of a member or you staff or owner. At around 4:40pm today, the driver of YY64 FWW not only cut around and pushed infront of me and forced my car into the curb to avoid hitting them, damaging wheel and tyre. When I used the horn to warn I was there, then stopped the car in the middle of the road by a central reservation, hurled verbal abuse and a wide selection or hand gestures at myself and young daughter in the car. People's view on right and wrong on the road is one thing and can differ, but the behaviour of the driver was disgusting. If it was my wife driving our car I would have called the police. Very professional, let's hope you don't conduct business in the same manor.
