From the very first phone call through to completing the work, the whole experience was professional, honest and completely stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout. They turned up exactly when they said they would, kept me updated every step of the way and explained everything in plain English without trying to upsell anything I didn’t need. It’s refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about doing the job properly rather than rushing to the next one. The standard of workmanship was exceptional. Every cable run, fitting and finish was incredibly neat and you could tell they take real pride in their work. They left the property spotless afterwards, which is something many trades unfortunately overlook. What really stood out was their knowledge. Flawless services My wife and I were concerned that the work we required within the property would disrupt the care systems we rely on a 24/7 basis. SJG electrical attended without hesitation to asses the situation without needing us to provide photos/videos(like how they did it in the old days) It felt like their first priority what to see how they could help…instead of chasing money. Due to the nature of my wife’s condition, I’m not going to indulge this review with the works carried out. All I can say is, SJG have allowed us not only to live in comfort, but care for each due to our circumstances. Other companies quoted over 150% more than what we paid.

Steve and Dwyane installed electric into our newly built summer house. They were tidy, polite, professional and a pleasure to have complete work for us.
