I had my bathroom tiled by Kelleher and I'm very impressed with the result. I was given an ETA of 4 days and the job was actually finished in 3 — which was a lovely surprise! The gentleman who attended was very friendly, polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. The finish is fantastic and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Really helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend!

I apologise for mixing up my appointment days, but they were incredibly understanding and went out of their way to help me without any fuss. Their kindness and professionalism made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’m very grateful for their support—such wonderful staff!

I was thoroughly impressed with the Kelleher Group! Their professionalism and expertise shone through from the first contact to the completion of the work. Despite having ongoing electrical issues, they worked diligently to resolve the problem and provided a clear explanation of the fixes they made. Don’t recommend this company at all. Peabody used this company as a subcontractor to tile a bathroom which should have taken 4 days to complete, they guy they sent was starting at 12 and finishing at 3pm and left the bathroom in a state after the 4 days. I have a disabled person who we haven’t been able to wash for a month and half now because the subcontractor did not complete the job on time. He was trying to sell us products that has been left from company because he didn’t use in a previous job as he said he was broke and had no money. I then find out the guy was fired and I still have no complete bathroom because of the foolishness of the guy they sent. And now stuck with trying to deal with another company to come and finish the job off

Shujel came this morning to do my electrical inspection. He was absolutely outstanding. Arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He was clean and efficient in changing our fire/smoke alarms and an absolute pleasure to meet. This lovely gentleman is an absolute credit to Kelleher Group. Thank you so much

This company LOVES to not inform you about appointments, ZERO COMMUNICATIONS, then they send little no access cards. I've been calling since 17:10 but lazy workers are hanging up the phone so they can hurry out by 17:30. What kind of a nuisance and incompetent company is this! This has been going on endlessly for 3 months, employees need to be replaced.

There was a misunderstanding with my appointment today, however, after speaking with the company, they sent Shujel within 20 mins to carry out my electrical works. I was really glad someone turned up as I had taken time off to get the job completed. Shujel was very professional and did a smashing job. We had good conversation and I could see he was really busy, yet he was able to squeeze me in between his other jobs booked for the day, which I really appreciated. Very happy with the company and its staff.

Shujel came today on time to do my electrical check very polite and very respectful of my home would very much recommend him for any job.

Would not recommend this company for any building or restoration work! They were hired to restore the front of my home and this is the shocking standard of 'work ' they did. They were suppose to remove old paint and prep surface for repainting. Instead only painted over old paint! They were suppose to repair the cracks on the window ledges as letting water into the home. As you can see, didn't do it, just painted over!. The paint is peelng after one day! The moisture is now further trapped and sealed in due to their shocking paint job. Be warned if you're considering them to work for you! This is what you'll get. How do these people get a license!

Shujel came to a sheduled appointment to check all my electrics - he tested everything and did a good job .

Do not use this company ever they are the worst they told me the job will start on the 7 and end on the 11 they ripped out my kitchen and left me with no water to make baby bottles for my premature baby no washing machine for 2 week they only turn up to do the job if they feel like it I was left with no cooker to feed my children and one of my kids has special need now we’re going into week 3 with no end insight and when I’m calling the office no one want to talk to me after me and my kids have been made to suffer they have no consideration for no one boxes were just left hear their and everywhere across my house posing a danger to my child with special need I had to wash my baby bottles in the bathroom I was not even offered water to make baby bottles when the water supply was cut off and all this has been going on for the last two week stay far away from This company you have been warned

Horrible experience

The most incompetent operatives I have ever come across. Not only did they send a decorator to my flat last year who didn't know what he was doing then another contractor had to take over. I have another person come in to do some proofing and he didn't have the materials he needed and promised to come the next morning with the correct materials. He was then asking if he could use some j cloths and paper towels of mine which I don't mind giving but you would have thought he would have basic things. He didn't seem to know what he was doing. Not sure why the housing association used these people - maybe because they are cheap. You get what you pay for!
