Great people to do business with they installed solar panels on our home. The installation was carried out very professionally on time on budget.
Glyn and the team installed and fitted solar PV panels, and a storage battery our home. They were very professional, kept me updated on when the install would take place and we pretty much were able to let them crack on with the job. Glyn was very good at explaining how the system worked and he was happy to answer questions after the installation. The system itself has already saved us money on our electric bill and the app helps us decide the best time to put on the dishwasher or washing machine. I would recommend Glyn and the team for anyone thinking of installing solar panels.
Housing arranged for this company to come out to test electricity. They knew in advance I needed 2 double sockets yet didn't bring them. Said they will be done at later date. Took over two hours and didn't check sockets in living room. Aint got a clue why it took an age to do 3 sockets upstairs. We obviously know they need to waste time so as to bill my landlord. The guy was decent enough but I still cannot understand the amount of time. it took to do. I'm only in a 2 bedroom house. And of course they justified the whole 2 hours. They don't need to blag me as they blag my landlord. Oh well at least it's a wage for them. Will be watching them much more closely next time.
I have been using Nuttals since 2010. I use them to do my property electrical safety checks, I had them rewire my new home before I moved in and I consult them for all my electrical work. They are extremely helpful when I need them in an emergency too. They are absolute professionals and I would never use another firm. Nuttals are a reliable local business and I believe in supporting local businesses. Unlike 'hard sell electrical firms, Nuttals provide you with free advice and will actually inform you whether or not the job is necessary! Yes, they're not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for: old school, quality workmanship and a brilliant service. You cannot put a price on good quality, professional workmanship. Company is outrageously expensive and inefficient. Requested a safety certificate and ended up with a bill of £436 for replacing 2 sockets, an electric grill and to move the shower onto an existing consumer unit. This took 4 separate visits to complete. We had to chase them for the certificate. On the positive side they show up when they say they will.
Used them for electrical testing urgently prompt service would highly recommend.
