So pleased we called in, on the off chance we would see the perfect light for our bathroom. We didn't see it on the shop floor although there was a great choice. The lady serving showed us a couple of choices from one of their catalogues and there it was !!!! Order was placed,although it took a little longer to deliver than estimated. The price great !! The service ....Excellent!! Thankyou.

Just so helpful! So much choice and the staff went above and beyond for us. We had a technical fault with a light that we thought was completely broken and the lovely staff fixed it free of charge. No bother. On the same day. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
I went in here with my GF on Saturday not realizing it had already closed. But to our surprise the younger gent of the two turned on all the lights especially for us! So they were closed but still catering for customers who had wondered in not realizing the time. You wouldn't get that kind of customer service anywhere else. I felt bad as we didn't buy anything but even when he knew we weren't going to buy something he was still sharing with us helpful tips and websites we could check out! I went once to get my strip lights and have always gone back. Jay came to my home to fix my light that I broke an spent a few hours sorting other things could not recommend them anymore great service I will be going to get the rest from there 👍

I was left to have a good look around the shop and when I stopped and showed particular interest in a product the assistant came over and asked me if everything was ok. I asked him about the light and he talked me through the size of the bathroom and which light would be best. He is really knowledgeable and easy to talk to. So glad I shopped here, my go to shop from now on. 😊
I never knew this lighting shop was here and I've lived in Liverpool most of my life. I must have driven up & down edge lane a million times & never realised they were here! Absolutely bowled over by the extremely knowledgeable and helpful service. A family run business and what they don't know about lighting solutions probably isn't worth knowing. Got everything we wanted and helped us load it all into the car! Brilliant place and would highly recommend

The staff are friendly. The products are magnificent and reasonably priced. The service is very slow as there are more customers and only one counter / cashier. There is free parking and the location is great. I can recommend it for anyone shopping for ceiling lights

As usual we are never let down from going to this store, we always get what we are after plus they are always there for advice that can overcome any problems and they are always a good price. In the past we have bought some wall lights but we couldn't fit them , when we went back they sorted the problem and changed the lights to one's we could use that eliminated the problem with a smile.
Item got lost in the post. No support offered or replacement. Royal Mail confirmed item as lost however I am still without my item or a refund months later. The seller doesn't seem to understand that the courier they chose did not deliver my item regardless of what their tracking says and since then RM have sent me a letter stating the item was lost in the post. The customer service is poor and less than helpful. Buyers do tend to be 'problematic' when they pay money for nothing. Proceed with caution with this company.

What a gem of a shop! I was looking for 3 different types of light bulbs and they had all 3 in stock. They took the time to patiently explain the options I had with each bulb and were very reasonably priced. I will definitely use their services again.

I know the man in charge from when it first opened great shop nice man who owns it pretty to stuff worth having a look if you have a problem with you electrics or need a light bulbs.kept the shop going gd shop.
Great place to deal with, cannot recommend it more highly, a shame about the negative review which in my view is completely wrong and should be removed. I have worked with business and the public for many a year and now and then you are bound to come up with unrational situations like you have. It is too your credit that you show you are listening to your customers, whether they are right or wrong, but I can only reintegrate that in all my dealingswith you i have never been short changed, and on the contrary had wonderful service and very good prices, brilliant in fact.

Have used these guys for years Sam the owner is a friendly helpful guy as are all the staff I've dealt with Prices are nearly the same as buying. off the net maybe a little bit dearer but you know what your getting is good quality
bought all my led gu10 lighting 12 months on nothing gone wrong with them unlike ebay ones which fade and fail .staff helpfull and knowledgeable .pay your money get the right stuff
I WOULD NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE !! I SPENT OVER £300 ON NEW LIGHT FTTINGS AND THEY RECOMMNDED I BUY THE MATCHING SWITCH WHICH I DID 3 MONTHS DOWN THE LINE THE SWITCH BROKE AND THE WERE ONLY PREPARED TO CHANGE THE BIT THAT HAD BROKEN OFF , NOT THE UNIT, SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY REFUSED. I WILL BE PERSUING MY STATUTORY RIGHT FOR A REFUND ON FAULY GOODS, SOMTHING THEY DON'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND.
