Lee arrived promptly and went above and beyond to complete the job. The price was excellent the work was exemplary. Lee finish the job and cleaned up what little mess there was. I have no issues in recommending DH Electrical to anyone. Thank you for a job well done. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Since posting this review I had to get another electrician.out to look at te light they installed for me. The light had been installed badly, there were exposed wires that could've caused injury when changing the bulb or touching the metalwork ANDthe fitting hadn't been peeled to prevent water ingress from the rain. Aside from the fact that I've wasted £85 on a cowboy installation, it could have seriously injured or killed due to poor shoddy installation work.
Amazing service and quick fast and reliable electrician will not use no body else this is the 2nd time I've used Daniel Paul now for putting lights up for me& cant thank them enough! Only asked me when my availability was on Friday for this week and was here the following week completed and no hassle what so ever, the lad come in no messing around cleaned up after himself checked was all working and i was happy with the job! Can’t recommend highly enough. Replaced two sockets and fitted a ceiling light for us. Easy to book in, really good to deal with (Dave gently and diligently provided some expectation management which turned out not to be an issue in the end but was good to have at the outset), clean and tidy and very reasonably priced; and had the patience of a saint with arranging and making sure our new light fitting was sitting exactly as we wanted it. Superb- will definitely use again.

Excellent work completed in good time, professionally and affordably. I had three lights put up in my hallway, a floodlight in the garden a doorbell in the front. Advise to tidy up the appearance was given in the back were needed, all other jobs completed with no issues and no mess.

Needed 2 sockets added and 2 relocating at short notice as our plasterer had a cancellation, came the day after quoting and did the job fast and at a reasonable cost. Plus they cleaned up afterwards. Great set of lads, highly recommended

Dave and his lads were brilliant. Carried out full home electrical inspection then later date installed 4 new outside lights and 2 new outside sockets. Very neat job and cleaned up as they as they worked. I was also wondering if I needed to upgrade the cable from the meter cupboard to my fuse box. Possibly ready for car charger in future. Dave advised this was a big job due to distance and routing the cable. Didn’t feel pressured to do any extra work and he came up with a simpler and much cheaper option to do at a later date. Already penciled him In to upgrade kitchen electrics when new kitchen is fitted. Highly recommend.

We called Dave because we had a strange smell coming from our electrical panel, and he came the next day to see what the problem was. He told us that the price was £80, covering one hour of work. He arrived and spent the whole time talking on the phone, while he found the problem in 2 minutes with his current check device. We showed him two more issues in our house, and he gave us a new appointment for the following week. We waited for a week, and 5 minutes before the agreed time, he canceled the visit, saying he would come to fix our problem in 5 days. Again, we waited, and he didn't show up. Over the phone, he said he could come at 8:30 PM, which is frankly ridiculous and unprofessional. Keep in mind, when making arrangements with him, how unreliable and how easy money he earns for 2 minutes of work.
Dealing with Dave was seamless, we spoke on the phone, I described the job and he sent me a quote. We agreed a start date. Work was completed on the day agreed, although they were running a little late I was kept informed as to when they were due to arrive. They arrived a little later than scheduled but stayed to ensure work was completed on the agreed day. The work was completed to a high standard, there was no mess and they cleaned up after themselves. I would certainly recommend.

Needed an electrical report following re-wire of house some time ago. Came and done inspection, identified two issues and quickly arranged to come back and rectify issues. All now repaired and certificate issued Cleaned up after themselves, friendly and professional. Highly recommended Thanks guys

Within 24 hours of messaging the issue was sorted which was great. Only downside was I was told one time, which worked with my day, then was told another time on the day which meant I had to jiggle around my day and then was told a 3rd time meaning on my only day off in the week I wasted 2-3 hours sat around waiting.

I first used them when I was overseas and they responded brilliantly. They trusted me with payment and I trusted them with service. Since returning to the UK I have used them for an emergency situation where I had no down stair lights and they resolved the problem quickly and efficiently without overcharging or capitalising on my situation. They also did work in my bathroom and cleaned up the resulting dust and debris. I have no problem recommending them and will certainly use them in the future. Good tradesmen deserve to succeed.
Minor job moving a light switch. Very responsive to initial enquiry and electrician who attended was very professional and helpful. Job was completed quickly and without issue, with the electrician spotting a way to complete it with less intrusion to the wall than expected, making it neater and easier to patch.
We were lucky enough to have chosen DH to replace our old smoke alarms with wired, radio connected types. Their electrician Lee was prompt, courteous and professional throughout. All messages and emails were quickly responded to. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. 10/10 service!

Lee kept us updated with what he was doing, what issues he found and offered solutions. Worked very hard and kept disruption to a minimum. Replaced old sockets attached to the skirting with new sockets recessed in the walls.

Amazing service. I’m normally a DIYer and tried to fit my new ceiling pendant alone. It caused a blow out so I immediately googled electricians in my area and came across DH Electricals. They had amazing reviews already and were able to accommodate me next day and sorted my ceiling pendant out in 15 minutes. They were both very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be booking them for the other ceiling fixtures in the house.

Im very cautious when it comes to cowboy so-called 'tradesmen'. Its scary. But i need jobs doing and called Dave after reading an excellent review to ask for a quote to install 5 extra power sockets, 2 with USB. Dave came out the next day and gave a detailed, honest quote via email. A week later, the job was done in a day. The chasing, 5 new sockets fitted and a safety fuse. Clean, fast, holes filled with excellent communication and reliability. Next job already booked in! Thanks Dave

I called Dave today and asked for an emergency call out as the electrics kept tripping in my rental property. He fit it into the end of their day, ran a diagnostic test and saved me 2 days of work and a ton of cash as quoted by British Gas. Tenant is happy and I’m relieved, shall definitely call if needed again.

Dave and Lee was absolutely amazing!! Could not recommend them enough!!! It all started with 1 phone call of me trying to find an emergency electrician as something kept tripping our switches. I found Dave off Google read his reviews and just knew I had to call him. I called him out of hours and he was more than happy to help. We spoke on the phone he was very polite and professional.We sorted the trip switch temporarily until they was available to come out. A couple of days later they came out and did a full inspection and found the problem in no time. He rewired and refitted our fuse board. Gave us a new one for the out house which was all wired and connected to out kitchen sockets! He fitted fire proof LED spotlight throughout the whole downstairs. Changed the wiring for a couple of switches that was dodgy. All in all these men worked very fast and efficiently. Affordable too. Could not think of a bad word to say about them, they even cleaned up after themselves too! Amazing work honestly. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Dave and Lee. Will definitely be using their services should I need to in the future and recommending them to all my friends and family! Thanks again guys!

Dave and his colleague were brilliant from start to finish. He came to review the job, which was to install a bigger cable for the cooker and sockets, gave me a quote the next day and as soon as I agreed the quote, booked me in for the following week. Dave and his assistant came on the day we had arranged, and sorted no power in the conservatory, and replaced a twin socket that was broken,and even sealed around it. Very nice to deal with,they both did an amazing job, for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended, I would definitely use his services again if I need any electrical work carried out in the future.
Dave and Lee came out to me today after me ringing and explaining the issue. What we thought was a quick 30min task turned into every socket in the house needing to be checked and a appliance to be tested. 2hours later and Dave had found the issue and sorted it for me.
