BJG Electrical Services Ltd

Benjamin is properly professional and responsive: strongly recommended. Thanks Benjamin.

Benjamin has been nothing but professional in his communication, and the chap who came out to do the work (Will) was utterly fantastic. No mess left behind, incredibly tidy work, and very efficient with his time. I'd have no second thoughts about using these guys again or recommending them to friends and family!

Great company, would fully recommend. Outstanding customer service and very tidy work.

Ben was very pleasant and efficient. He had a good manner with customers and we were comfortable having him in our home. Would have been a 5* review, but appointment times were a bit sketchy and we had to remind him. Update: Ben and I have discussed this review and agreed that our misunderstanding regarding timings did not detract from the excellent work and customer service provided. Therefore, I am happy to upgrade my review to 5*. I have already recommended him to a neighbour.

Excellent experience with BJG electrical. We would highly recommend.

Brilliant professional service from start to finish. Work completed to a brilliant standard with care and courtesy. No hidden fees or charges - what was quote was what was invoiced. Very happy and highly recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Ben at BJG Electrical Services. From start to finish, Ben was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. He fitted my new solar panels and upgraded the circuit board with great care and attention to detail. The installation was completed on time, he even worked till 9 pm on a Saturday evening just to get my job completed, everything was left spotless, and he took the time to explain how the system works even installed an App on my phone so I can see the usage and savings in real time, so I could get the most out of it. The difference in my energy costs is amazing already and the whole project was very affordable and I am doing my bit for our Planet It’s rare these days to find a company or an Individual that combines excellent workmanship with such genuine customer care. Highly recommended — a 5-star service all the way!

Great service, good job well done.

Extremely satisfied with the work Benjamin did today. Got straight in and worked hard, even cleaned up afterwards! Highly recommend him.

Ben demonstrates a superb work ethic from response to an initial enquiry to the provision of a quotation and execution of work - including installing spotlights, wall lights, replacing electrical sockets and switches - to time and cost. His is professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish Ben was professional and polite. He fitted down lights and an external light offering advice while understanding my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben.

Ben arrived the same day of phoning him to install and wall mount a very large TV , fitted it all within an hour , brilliant service , will be using him for all my electrical needs in the future.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish, Ben and his team have done an excellent job on our house. We moved in a year ago and built up a list of jobs—from installing car chargers and fitting indoor and outdoor lighting to adding new sockets and setting up smart home systems. From the very first visit, Ben impressed us with his knowledge and advice. On installation day, the service was just as professional and friendly. Everything was done to a high standard, and most importantly, all at the right price. Highly recommended!

Fabulous service! Polite and professional responded quickly a competitive price would definitely recommend

Had a couple of wall lights fitted and a faulty LED down light replaced. Ben was efficient, charged a reasonable rate, and tidied up after himself. What's not to like.
