A E P Electrical, Heating, Plumbing has repeat custom, with one reviewer saying they have serviced their boiler for years and another calling them their go-to company for electrics and plumbing. Reviewers report good communication on a landlord gas safety check and small plumbing jobs, and one says the firm identified a pipe leak that an insurance company's contractor could not. One reviewer says a visit about an oven door led to a £63 call-out charge they were not told about beforehand, and that the person spent little time on the door and much of the visit promoting the company. Another reviewer says the firm used to offer a good service but no longer does in their opinion.

We spoke with this company regarding an oven door, I was not told of a 'call out' charge to come and have a look to put together a price for fixing/replacing an operational oven door. When the gentleman turned up ( he was a lovely guy) but he spent no more than 5 seconds said the door needs replacing and spent 20 minutes promoting his own company! I wouldn't of asked them to look at work required if I knew this would cost me £63 pound, I have been told this is a standard call out fee! I didn't know we 'called' them out I was asking for a quote!! If you do use this company make sure you know what it is going to cost before hand!!
