We called UES after we had detected a smell of gas and the gas board had switched off our supply. An engineer was with us within an hour and set about assessing the situation. Two days of work later and we are back up and running with two significant areas of pipes and connections replaced. Graham, the engineer, was very patient, explained everything clearly and finished all of the work to an excellent standard. I have nothing but good words to say about this well organised company.

Cannont recommend highly enough. Used for a boiler service and repair after my heating hadn't worked properly for a while. The engineer Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had to go and get a part but was back within the hour and it was all sorted. Take H&S very seriously, wearing masks in house and hand sanitiser made me feel safe. The office team were also very efficient in booking the work in. Thank-you

I was told to use these plumbers as they had knowledge of our heating system.they are overcharge kings charging me 391 GBP for a replacement room thermostat! Now that is one for the books -the unit replaced was advertised on Amazon for 70 GBP!too bad! I would definitely never use them again nor recommend them to my worst enemy
Unitary serviced my water heater by arrangement from our property management company. Was told parts needed replacing at a cost of over £400. Had quotes from other well-known Bristol suppliers for half the cost, and on inspection by another heating engineer was told that no parts needed and leak was due to incorrect servicing by Unitary. Not impressed!
Amazing service, attended quickly and provided a quote for some work I wanted. Offered it at a great price and I am very happy with the install and customer service. Will be using them again.

Huge thankyou to everyone at UES. I cant even start to express my gratitude to how your whole team helped with my problem. The office staff did everything they could to get an engineer to us as soon as possible. A engineer arrived bright and smiling and determined to find the leak. After checking all the obvious places, I was beginning to give up hope. But the engineer didn't want to give up hope, and carried on the search. Luckily for us, the engineer found the leak under the down stairs floor which the engineer then had to try to crawl under our floor, in a space not much bigger than a small suitcase. Within about 10 minutes he has fixed the leak. Seriously - I am one happy customer. Thankyou so much for everyone's patience, understanding and determination. I will recommend UES whole heartedly.

I needed a new boiler for a beauty salon which was able to provide a good rate of hot water and keep the building at a comfortable temperature, I spoke to the people at UES and they gave me some great advice and installed a energy efficient heating and hot water system which came with a really long guarantee, it was just what i needed. Since the installation I have used them for all of my plumbing needs, and the service guys are great for looking after my boiler to ensure I keep within the manufacturers warranty requirements. I would totally recommend them as a company and have enjoyed many years of quality service.
