Last Friday the 17/11/23 we had Adam come out to us for a couple of jobs that needed doing, he was absolutely value for money, very charming, extremely thorough and arrived bang on time. As well as carrying out the required work he picked up several other things such that we had not initially spotted, we will definitely be using Sage Electrical next year, the cost involved represented excellent value for money. I will be recommending them on the Nextdoor website.

Having been left in the lurch by another company, I called in Nigel to complete the job, and from that point on he became my go-to electrician for my house restoration project. To date he has undertaken extensive electrical and data rewiring, installed a new consumer unit, and restored power to my garage where he will shortly be fitting a car charger. Nigel is extremely knowledgeable, and always talks me through the range of options I may have to address any requirement. He will point out things I may not have thought about, and suggest solutions. His communication is extremely prompt and clear and full of the information I need. Together with his assistant Adam he has worked long hours to ensure the job is completed on time and to the highest standard. They come when they say they will, are pleasant to have in the house, and are considerate and tidy. All at very reasonable rates.

What a fantastic find. After our insurance company were less than helpful Nigel stepped in. He made time to come for a visit in the evening to scope out the issue and managed to find time for us the following day. Our gardener recommended Nigel to install some outside lighting and external sockets. Nigel arrived promptly and provided a competitive quote, then one of his team Fred carried out the work to a very high standard, ensuring that he hid any unsightly cables, and always tidying up after himself. I am in the process of Sally my house and my buyers arranged for SAGE Electrical to come to my property and carry out an electric surgery/report. Nigel turned and and was at my property for over 2hours completing the survey. He was a very friendly and honest person and explained the whole process as he carried out his various test. I am just off the phone to this chap and he demanded i tell him what the sale was. He explained that he would know within 5 seconds if he would be interested or hang up on me. I was looking for a reputable company to do some major work to my Bristol office and can assure you this company won't be asked to do it or any future work for me. If I could give zero stars I would. If you want a very rude person to do your work (if he is interested and doesn't put the phone down on you) this is the man to go with. I have never spoken to someone in business ruder then him.

Nigel actually agreed to do the job unlike three other electricians I tried! He did a whole list of tedious snagging work and didn't even moan that much :-) - even when he had to come back three times because various things I'd ordered online were broken... Reasonably and transparently priced, good problem solver. He prefers to do a full day's worth of jobs, so best to save them up. Everything works in our house now - very pleased.

I found Sage Electrical just by chance whilst looking for an electrician on Internet. I found many electricians but only a few who could help me design a lighting system for my home. I got in touch with Nigel and he came to see what needed doing. I told him what I wanted and he took time to discuss various options for my bedroom and bathroom lighting systems. Nigel carried out work for us providing new lighting in our kitchen refit amongst other things.
