South Tyne Electrical Solutions is described in reviews as friendly and approachable, with one customer saying the electrician fixed a bathroom light without being asked and was considerate of their mobility needs. Another reviewer said the team arrived on time and did a great job, and a third described the company as fantastic and reliable, with the work carried out being perfect. Two reviewers said they would recommend the business.
Trustworthy,Professional and Approachable Thank you for a great professional service that I can recommend They were friendly and likeable to have in my home .The original check was to complete a EICR check. When he (Calum?)realised the bathroom light wasn't working he understood that it is impossible for me to stand on a chair with my mobility and balance.Without taking a beat from what he was already doing, it was checked and fixed for me without asking (I'd been having to use the landing light for months and struggling in the dark)General consideration like that makes a huge difference to disabled customers like me.I would completely recommend this business. I would guess that this is the kind of business people will still be recommending for service and reliability in 30 years time Thank you very much for that , Caroline
