Cannot recommend enough. I needed a dishwasher plumbing in and had been let down on 4 separate occasions by two other plumbers. I messaged Ray, who replied within the hour and arranged to come out the next day. He messaged 30 minutes before he was due to arrive and was there on the dot. The work was sorted very quickly. Its good to know there are still reliable tradespeople out there!

As I have a double bowl sink, changing the tap was not easy. The gap between the bowls was very narrow. A modification to the pipework was required to install the new tap. This was done very professionally in a quick time. Highly recommended.

Ray turned up very quickly when I phoned about water coming into my kitchen. He immediately identified the problem, sorted it and explained to me why it had happened. Just as he was finishing he got another emergency call and immediately raced off to help the next customer. He was prompt, polite, professional and helpful. I first had the opportunity to use Ray's services a fortnight ago when my mother had a water leak which flooded her kitchen. Ray was really responsive, coming within a few hours and helping check the bathroom plumbing. I was so impressed by his attitude and professionalism I asked him to replace her ageing Gas combi boiler - which he did in a single day last week. The boiler install was a little complicated (for reasons which were not immediately apparent at the start of the job), but Ray soldiered on and completed the install the same day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ray, and I will use him to service the boiler annually going forward.

Having had around 18 months of problems with a new boiler installation and no other heating engineer willing or able to sort things out for us, a short visit from Ray this afternoon dealt with one issue, put our minds at rest about another problem and serviced the boiler for us. Ray also helped us with a couple of plumbing issues while he was here and all this for just a little more than the call-out/boiler servicing charge. No hesitation in recommending Ray - and we will certainly be calling on him again in the future.

After a water leak had been identified, RW disconnected the worn out header tank and installed a new tank and fittings. Ray was excellent in all he did. We were looking for a local Plumber and found, through Google search, R.W. Electrical Plumbing and Heating. We phoned, at 9 am reporting our problem, and received the excellent reply. "We will be with you by 10 am". Ray arrived before 10 to find our problem was a most elusive leak from a central heating pipe. We are in an Old Cottage and unfortunately the Micro Bore Pipes are set into the solid floor. Water was oozing up in a corner of the room. After careful investigation Ray found the leak some 10 ft away from where the water was oozing out. He was very helpful and explained what his suspicions were. We asked how he knew where to look.. We originally called Ray out to sort out a problem we were having with our shower circuit. He called out quite promptly and sorted it out in no time. While he was there I asked him to check out our boiler and to install a couple of extra mains sockets in the hallway. Ray came round a few days later and all work was completed quickly and efficiently and his charges are very acceptable. It was very refreshing to have someone that knew what they were doing and in such a polite and friendly manner. Highly recommended. .
