I’ve used Steve at Smiley Electrical a few times now and he’s been excellent every time. He’s friendly, professional, and the quality of his work is consistently top notch. On this occasion he really got me out of a jam by fitting the work in at very short notice, which I was extremely grateful for. Pleasure to deal with & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Steve and will continue to use him going forward.

Have had nothing but positive experiences with Smiley. They have completed multiple jobs as part of my renovation so far and always turn up early and on time, leave the house tidy, act quickly on any snags and make sure you’re happy with what has been done each day. Can’t fault them.

Steve is a reliable, friendly and reasonably priced electrician. I used him when I was living in Hemel, I have moved a little further and have retained his services, I would highly recommend.

Would recommend Smiley Electrical. Very easy to deal with. Clearly explained the best way of achieving what we wanted and our options. Completed the work as agreed, on time and not had any issues.

Highly recommended - excellent comms and standard of work as well as good value and clear pricing/estimate comms.

Fantastic service and great quality of work. Smiley Electrical made installing our outdoor lighting incredibly easy. After initial contact we discussed the work needed, they talked me through my various options and the benefits / negatives of different types of outdoor lighting and provided with a clear price. They turned up when they said they would, quickly completed the job at hand at a high standard and tided up afterwards. We couldnt be happier and will definitely use again.

Steve was amazing start to finish. I was really struggling to get someone to quote me for a relatively small job, but Steve was great and came exactly when he said he would, offered me a competitive quote and was back within days to complete the work. He was quick, efficient, tidy and very friendly! Would definitely recommend, and any further works I need, will be coming to Smiley Electrical Ltd first port of call :)
