We have been using Ashley and his team for many years now, from small fixes in our home to full instillation of electrics to builds for our cabin business. There isn’t anything that he can’t work out and repair or come up with solutions for. We have had charging stations for our electric cars installed, electrics run to the garden area, new switch boards, problems with our B and B barns fixed or reconfigured. He’s even come over when I have drilled through a wire hanging a picture ( which has happened more than once!). He’s a great guy, has a great team, is on time and stays reasonably priced. What’s not to like!

I have been trying to get an electrician to fit some sockets so I used TS Electricle, I have used them before for some light fittings so I know how good the workmanship and the costs are. Toby came today and fitted the 2 sockets and yet again it was a job well done, clean tidy and efficient service so I can’t recommend TS Electricle enough.

Toby from TS-Electrical tested the electrics at my flat, prepared an Electrical Installation Condition Report and replaced the consumer unit to meet current standards. Also he installed several new light switches and a bathroom extractor fan that I asked for. All the work has been done neatly, in good time and at reasonable cost. Super service, on the day, showed up within 10 minutes of my call - all my lights were out. Toby quickly figured out the problem (water leak from upstairs bath into ligh t in kitchen) explained everything and the work was very neatly done, highly recommend! Toby even took time to answer my questions about the new fuse box installed 1 year ago, which Octopus had said was possibly a fire hazard (but wouldn't come to replace for weeks!) and Toby fixed the problem on the spot. Great job, thank you so much. Definitely recommend. 5 years on had to call Toby because my kitchen and bathroom were out. Not only did he show up quickly he fixed everything and when I said my stove needed help but the kitchen repair people said it was too old he said he could fix it because with switches he can fix anything. So I don't have to replace my stove!!! In other words Toby goes above and beyond. Very highly recommend.

Contacted TS Electrical to carry out a check of my two bedroom apartment, prior to placing it out on rental I need to be in possession of a five year electrical certificate. From the minute Toby arrived I knew I had selected a good tradesman to carry out this inspection. Very polite and knowledgeable. He was in possession of up to date testing equipment and ensured all circuits were correctly tested. Without any reservations I can recommend him. Reasonable charges, and carried out small remedial repairs at no extra charge. Also fitted a wall mounted double socket during his visit again he reduced his charge as he was on site for the inspection.

We have just had some electric radiators and a consumer unit fitted by Harry from TS electrical, turned up nice and promptly. He was very efficient, friendly, polite and hardworking with lots of good advice. An absolute top man would definitely recommend. 👍

We initially engaged TS Electrical to carry out a Condition Report on a house, which was very easy to arrange and they were able to deliver the detailed report very quickly. The online system they use allowed for us to accept a quote in relation to the report and we were having our fusebox replaced and light-switches re-earthed very soon after moving in. Toby was friendly and accommodating of us needing to work from home whilst the work was carried out and even took out a light fixing free of charge! Couldn't be happier with the service and will recommend to all friends.

Phoned up looking for an emergency electrician having managed to cut off all power to my flat. Whoever I spoke with — Toby? — was an absolute star. Rather than jumping on the cash bandwagon he suggested he talk me through what at happened. Told me how to ‘read’ my fuse box, and had me up and running in about 5 minutes. He refused to let me pay him and said it was easier than spending half a day coming out on a call simply to flick a switch. He was kind, generous with his advice, and extremely helpful. And I learned something! The next time I need any major electrical services I will go to directly to TS.

I can’t recommend this company enough! They were helpful, efficient and did an amazing job very quickly. Although it wasn’t a major job, at no point was I made to feel it didn’t warrant their full attention. One light fitting was a smaller repair than anticipated and so the final invoice was actually reduced, costing less than the quote! Excellent all round.

I am very upset with the comments of the engineer who came to fit a smoke alarm. I am going through the worst year of my life to date. I received a letter from the landlord, the contents of which are very upsetting to me. The engineer told the landlord that my flat was full of junk that should be thrown out. My landlord now wants to inspect the property because of the concerns of the engineer? I'd like to know if passing judgement on a personal level and reporting to the landlord is normal practice? This has left me very upset and I would like to know why this information by an electrician to the landlord has led to a rude letter containing personal information as per the discussion between the two. Also the landlord states that the engineer was obstructed by me from doing his job? I made him feel uncomfortable? How? I told him that we had to go out and he couldn't stay for two hours, the landlord told us that the job description was to fit a smoke alarm. I am seeking a valid reason from this company as to why this has happened. Thank you
