Great work by Stephen and Raymond installing two extractor fans and some drop lights. Quick to respond at all stages and made a real effort to understand our requirements. Punctual for arriving on site and got the work done efficiently on agreed timelines. Transparent on cost and good value.

I needed an ECIR and I contacted Stephen after being let down by another electrician who did not complete the test properly and I was thorouhgly impressed. Stephen is the "B" in EB Electrical (I think "E" is based in Abingdon and "B" in Wantage). Stephen is a very different electrician where he starts the process by providing a detailed breakdown of exactly what he will be doing and the price to ensure the requirements are well understood. I then communicated with Stephen via Whatsapp and always received a prompt and courteous reply following the progress of the job to completion. When in doubt, Stephen sought to clarify instead of just making assumptions. Stephen has since completed the 3rd job for me and I am 100% satisfied. Highly recommended. He is 'rare' :-)

I can highly recommend this company. We needed an EICR for a house purchase, and it was a little difficult to organise an appointment time, as I had to co-ordinate times with the vendor. Steve was professional, helpful, patient, and very clear in his communication, which made the whole process easier. He emailed me back on the same day he did the work, providing a report which clearly explained the issues and the options. He even went to the trouble of reducing risk at the property by putting insulation tape over an area that couldn’t be repaired by an electrician (as it’s the responsibility of the DNO). I was impressed with everything and would be happy to employ EB electrical again to do any future work required.
