One reviewer says Malvern Electrics would not come out to look at a problem, gave no reasons and hung up. Other reviewers praise Iain by name. One says he did excellent work and went above and beyond, and that they would use him again. Another says several jobs were done expertly with little disruption, and that he was prompt and showed care for the surrounding areas. A fourth reviewer says he responded quickly to an email, arrived on time and fixed a cooker, and calls him polite and courteous, saying he explained what needed doing and why.

Wouldn't come out to have a look at the problem. Didn't explain reasons and hung up.

Iain was recommended to us and it was clear to see why. He is truly brilliant at his job and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is absolutely perfect both in terms of quality of work and customer experience. I will definitely be using him again. Whilst he was here we had a plumber here who was out of the book as we needed one in an emergency and he was the only one available. He could have learnt a hell of lot from Iain as the plumber was an absolute rip off shoddy cowboy (from Local Plumber in case you want to know)

I cannot recommend Iain highly enough. He's carried out a number of jobs for me over the past few weeks - all carried out expertly, with a minimum of disruption. He has always been prompt, and very considerate of areas surrounding the work being undertaken.
