Amir, was very prompt who arrived within 45 minutes of my call. He is clearly a very experienced electrician who explained exactly what he was doing at every step of the call. I found him to be honest and gave us instructions as to how to deal with the problem if the fault arises again as the fundamental issue needs to be repaired by the builder who did the original install. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
