Great job installing power and lighting to our garage and fitted a new light in our kitchen, Also they found that our gas meter had a small leak!

Steve undertook an EICR for our property. He also fitted an electric smoke detector alarm. He undertook the work promptly and professionally. I would certainly recommend him and use him for future electrical work.

Matt and Liam were really great! They arrived and got straight to work! They provided updates and explained everything necessary and went above and beyond to try and figure out how to fix a vintage light fixture. Sadly the light fixture was too dated for 21st century electrics but they tried nonetheless. These guys are brilliant and would 100% recommend Daxter Electrics. From initial quote to end of job, the people involved were honest and provided knowledge of what needed to be done. We had our old fuse box converted and a new socket installed. They left no mess and were lovely chatty lads! Both deserve a couple of beers or three for their hard work! 🍻

Well done, to Steve & his team, Liam & Matt. They completed the rewiring to our house on schedule. We went away on holiday & left his team free run of the house, as floor boards had to be lifted. We returned to a house that had been rewired to a very high standard. All plastering had been completed all electrical wall plates, upgraded, including, an outside a power outlet, Our house was left spick & span with very minimal redecoration needed. All for a very fair price. We would without a doubt contact Steve, in future, if we required further work. Well done to the whole team, for a professional approach.bringing a sense of humour to what could have been a stressful time for us.

Our Croquet Club was let down by a local electrician to connect a new supply to the club for water irrigation purposes. We had Steve’s employee and apprentice out today to do some electrical work, new lights, socket installation and old extension plugs removed. Got a electric board fitted for a cooker. Communication was great prior to the work. The guys did a good job. Only negative is that when I reached out for help with the cooker after the power down (it needed a manual reset to turn itself on), he got rather defensive and dismissive, which was unexpected. He also demanded i pay the invoice before he looked at the issue ( a first experience for me) , which gave me the impression he felt the cooker was broken before he did the work, which was not the case. Luckily Google helped me resolve the issue. Did expect a little more customer care and knowledge sharing after the work. I feel he made a snap judgement about me rather than engage with me to help out!

Steve was highly recommended by my daughter when we wanted an EV car charger fitted. He visited & gave helpful Information about the choices we had & we agreed a date for the install. Between times I changed my mind about which type of charger I wanted but Steve was SO accommodating & ordered the different charger in time for delivery before the install date. On the day of the install, Steve arrived with his colleague Liam & together they found an easier, simpler & more efficient way to do the job. Steve from Daxter Electricals was amazing. I made my initial entry using a google search and he came the same day. I needed a charging port fitted for my electric car. He advised me which one would suit my needs taking into consideration my future plans. He gave me a quote and arranged a date that suited us both. Unfortunately that was two weeks away but that was because he was in great demand. We chatted about fitting a new controller for my underfloor heating which he said he would do on the same day. When fitting day arrived we discussed the control for the underfloor heating and he came up with a cheaper solution which was fantastic. The fitting bog both items went smoothly until I had a problem caused by Plusnet. Steve made sure with the help of the plusnet engineer that everything was up and running. Steve was helpful, friendly and clear about cost. He stuck to the budget and was willing to wait a couple of days until I got paid to settle the bill. He also has a beautiful dog who comes with him and sits in his van. I will use him again in the future and would definitely recommend him.

Steve was attentive and professional. Fitted a EV charger and a bathroom fan in a short day. Wiring for the EV charger was concealed in the cavity and the fan was almost totally silent. Perfect!. Steve was punctual and worked cleanly and the end price was as quoted. Totally recommended.

Brilliant experience having Steve put in an Ohme EV charger in a difficult spot which required running cable a long distance and under a parking space. All dealt with to a high standard and reasonable price; including digging the trench and making good the tarmac. It was also far easier and simpler dealing with Steve compared to the larger installation companies.
