David was quick, thorough and professional, I would definitely use him again. He came the same day as being contacted, he helped install a couple of Ring Cameras at the front & Garden. I like how professional he is, the branding on his outfit and van are a nice touch and give me confidence in him as a brand.
Pleased that I was able to source David to complete a few electrical jobs . Refitting a carbon monoxide detector linked to 2 smoke alarms. Refit an outside security light and check our dimmer switch. He arrived on time as agreed, was very pleasant and professional. Would recommend to any family members and friends. Thank you

The guys were prompt and efficient with their time fixing the lighting issues i had. They explained what was causing the issues i had and how they fixed them. I will definetly be using them again in the future and will be recommending them in the future.
Emergency call out , very good service, explained everything that needed to be done ,work carried out in good time. Will be the first call I make when I need any electrical work done in the future, would definitely recommend.
David was efficient in getting back an itemized quote and completed the jobs enlisted. I must highlight that we were fitting a Hive system where it was having problems connecting to the app. David came back twice to try and fix the problem and ensure everything was working at the end. He also helped to extend a ceiling light by trying to match the chains to the same colour as the light. I appreciated him going the extra mile to make these things work. I would recommend David for addressing your electrical jobs, even if he hasn’t done a particular job before he will research it and make it work. Thank you David for all your help! So glad we have heat now! 😊
They fitted an EV charger for us. Very knowledgeable and advised the best route forward. Excellent installation , highly recommend.
We have had David in before, once for an emergency, and once to replace our fuse box with a consumer unit. This time, he and Jamie came to replace our sockets, sort out lots of wiring, and generally sort out the house. They were courteous, professional, did the job on time and to the quote, and cleaned up after themselves, leaving us feeling happy with the work. We still have some things to sort, so will be using Reset again, and would heartily recommend them.
I was very impressed with Reset electrical. David and Jamie did a brilliant job at reworking the wiring of my house and installing sockets, lights and a new consumer unit. As an added bonus, they even did some plastering and didn't leave a mess. I would definately recommend.
