SOTA Electrical Ltd

Can absolutely see the professionalism in all installs. You just need to click on a couple of YouTube videos to see how much attention to deta and thought goes into every install. Such a lovely chap! Top notch. Keep up the good work

I have been following Adam on you tube for a while. Watching his excellent videos which are informative and the workmanship is high standard. Recently I decided to go down the Ev route for my next car. I thought who is best to install 2 chargers one in London and one in Hereford. I initially contacted Adam over phone to ask if he would cover those areas. He did advise to get local installer as he would have to charge additional travel costs. I was more than happy to cover these costs as I knew the workmanship I was getting. I filled out the on line forms with pics and measurements. I did have some communication back to say the london property he would not take on. Which I was ok but still wanted him to do the Hereford one. I have messaged and emailed numerous times with no response. I understand it may not be worthwhile the travel to do the job, but I guess a heads up would be appreciated. That is the only reason for my score. I think Adam is an honest electrician and if your lucky to aquire his services, go for it. Kind regards I have amended my score to 5 as I did feel it unfair on my side to award 2. Especially after watching you latest you tube update. Kind regards.

Great installer, to the highest quality

Great Install. SOTA delivered a fantastic job, clean, neat and tidy. You are getting true professional doing the job, no compromises and delivered exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

If Michaelangelo had been an electrician it would be this man. Craftsmanship personified.

I highly recommend Adam to anyone thinking of working with him. He installed an EV charger to our home having been recommended by a friend. His pre-installation process and communications were excellent and on the day he was on time, super adaptable in finding a solution that met our needs (despite things not being set up as he’d have liked / specified to us beforehand) and was diligent, thorough and proud of his work. If you’re thinking of using Adam, do it. He’s excellent.

We had an EV charger installed by SOTA Electrical Ltd (Adam Stears) and couldn’t be happier. Adam was professional, punctual, and clearly takes pride in his work. He gave honest, helpful advice — even steering us away from the most expensive option to one that truly suited our needs. The installation was tidy and quick, and he made sure we understood everything before he left. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and knowledgeable EV installer!

I found SOTA via YouTube, when researching EV chargers. From the onset, Adam was incredibly knowledgeable and suggested a number of options for my home. He explained these clearly so I could make an informed decision, then ordered all the equipment ready for the installation. He kept me up to date throughout. When it came to the day of the install, he arrived on time and did an amazing job. He was considerate and his attention to detail was excellent. I had the option of a cheap EV charger with my new vehicle, but chose SOTA over this for all the reasons above. Adam did not disappoint and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Adam is professional and knowledgeable, really happy with my zappi and install quality

Incredible electrician, hard working and extremely honest. Thank you for time Adam you got us out of a trouble. Highly recommend, we found you on YouTube and your videos are absolutely spot on. Very professional. 10 out of 10

used Adam for a job to install a E.V and fault find. everything from start to finish was a dream, very very tidy, and the job looks mustard 10/10

I would give this man 10 stars if I could! He goes above and beyond to get the job done. He's diligent, professional, knowledgable, tidy, and above all else he's a really nice guy. He fitted a Hypervolt EV wall charger for me and I'm so glad I chose him to do the work. Throughly recommended, and would definitely use again.

Truly professional company quick and honest quoting. Adam is a true professional very tidy and will come up with suggestions to keep the install as neat and tidy as possible. Sota Electrical is also now recommended by Eden motor group for ev charging units. Managed to install within 3 weeks of making initial enquiry.

Adam came highly recommended and we can see why, he was very responsive and sent a detailed quote the same night. We accepted the quote and agreed a date and time for the work to be done. He turned up on time (to the minute), worked throughout the day, clearing up as he went along and checking in with us on each piece of work he'd completed to make sure we were totally happy before he moved on to the next task. He is one of the most professional tradesmen we've ever used and we are so happy with the quality and value he's delivered.

What a fantastic ongoing service by the Sota team, They have undertaken lots of large size projects for us, from design to completion., we cant recommend the team highly enough, your in safe hands....

I recently had Adam install a mains powered set of garden lights to replace my faulty solar ones. Adam took great pains to make the work as neat as possible and went the extra mile when it came to tidying up the power supply to my water feature too! Super happy and will be recommending the services of SOTA to my friends and family!!

Amazing serviced just received from Adam, I rang with an issue and I really needed a quick service as it was getting dark and I need the lights on, Adam was here within the hour and sorted within 2 hours, I would highly recommend and definitely use again

We decided to use SOTA Elecrical for our refurbishment project at our shop, exceptionally pleased with the end result, Adam and his team conducted themselves in a professional manner completing the job on time, in a clean and tidy fashion, whilst being on a tight time schedule. Highly recommend to anyone.

An extremely professional company, excellent interpersonal and customer care skills, A highly intelligent, resourceful, committed, motivated individuals and enthusiastic staff. A sheer pleasure having them on site and very pleased with the end product.

Everywhere is closed today due to heavy snow, yet Adam made it through without fuss and on time. Only phoned him 3 hours before. Quick, efficient, friendly and professional. Honestly couldn't ask for more from an electrician. Was also amazed at the low fee! We have power back up running, along with some free handy tips! This is your sparky.

Thanks Adam, not only fitting the new power shower but fixing the screen door as well. Much appreciated 👍

Adam did a great job on a consumer unit changeover. Gave good advice, conducted all required tests, and left a very tidy and neat installation. Would definitely recommend. Can't thank him enough!
