Rob Pugh Electrical Ltd.

Provided excellent service at a fair price, recommended.

We already had Rob previously to do some electrical work outside and was more than pleased with the quality of work. Right from the start the communication was excellent. He arrived on time and work was completed to a very high standard. He also did some additional bits for us whilst he was here. The price charged was very reasonable with no hidden surprise add-ons.

Rob was the only electrician I contacted who actually came to the house to assess the work we needed undertaking, which I really appreciated. We had several jobs that needed attention including garden lighting replacement, disconnection of an old wired-in alarm system & fitting new recessed lighting in the kitchen. Rob's work was exemplary. He is polite, friendly, punctual & I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others. All round first class service.

We used Rob Pugh to replace an extractor fan, and he did an absolute first-class job. He was timely and arrived exactly when he said he would. The installation itself was incredibly accurate and thorough, but what really stood out was how thoughtful and considerate he was regarding our home. Replacing a fan can be a messy job, but Rob was exceptionally tidy, protecting the area and leaving everything completely spotless when he finished. A fantastic, reliable professional - I highly recommend him.

Excellent service - first time we have used Rob, he completed a ceiling light installation for us. Very professional and recommend, will be using again.

Rob did an excellent job in providing garden lighting and a power outlet to serve our new garden layout. He worked well with our landscaper to provide a quality outcome.

We recently contracted Rob to partially rewire our home. He was friendly and easy to deal with throughout the process, giving us good advice. He is clearly very knowledgeable and the standard of his work is very high. We will definitely be using Rob for work in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rob Pugh for the installation of an outdoor sauna, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! From the very beginning, the communication was top-notch. He was prompt, professional, and attentive to every detail, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. On the day of installation, Rob arrived right on time and worked diligently to fit the electrical components for the sauna. His expertise was evident as he navigated the complexities of the setup, ensuring everything was up to code and functioning perfectly. He was also very respectful of my property, leaving the work area clean and tidy after completing the job. I am absolutely thrilled with my new sauna, and I owe a huge thanks to Rob for his exceptional work. If you're looking for an electrician who is knowledgeable, reliable, and easy to work with, look no further! I will certainly be recommending him to friends and family. Thank you once again for a job well done!

I recently used Rob for two jobs, one commercial and one domestic. He came out to price both jobs promptly and he was very reasonable. He was transparent and managed my expectations so I didn’t have any unnecessary surprises. On the commercial job he had to work with other tradesman and he was very professional and overcame a couple of challenges with them. I didn’t need to get involved and he was able to sort out the required quickly and with no stress. He was a very tidy worker and I didn’t need to do any cleaning up after him whatsoever. Both jobs look brilliant and I would recommend Rob to anyone needing an electrician!

Rob was on time and was friendly, polite and respectful at all times. After fitting the new circuit board, Rob then hoovered up any slight mess

Very professional. Very high standard of workmanship. Clean and tidy. Will most definitely use Rob again and refer him to anybody who is in need of a great electrician. Rob turned my garage into something similar to 'Blackpool Illuminations!' instead of something compared to a cave! Extremely dark not easy to work in. Thanks again Rob. Maybe see you soon. 🤞👍

Friendly, respectful and efficient - Rob arrived on time and quickly diagnosed a fault and fixed the problem, no hassle. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Rob. Great customer service from start to finish. A job well done. Nothing was too much trouble.

Highly recommend Rob, he did a great job and really easy to communicate with.

Having moved to a new area, finding good trades people can be daunting, but I found Rob through a recommendation. The things I found different with Rob compared with past trades I've used are: He answered my email request for a quote promptly. Despite his 30+ minute drive, he always arrived when he said he would. He worked hard all day, and put a full day in. His work was neat, and while I'm not an electrician, I know electrically sound. He was a very clean worker, always swept and hoovered up after the job, and respected my property. The other thing is that he's a really nice guy and pleasant to have in the house working. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rob and will use him again if I need to.

Rob has been fantastic throughout the entire process, quick to answer a call for a quote regarding work needed for a electric install on my shed! Was quick to come over and extremely friendly Rob listened while I explained what I wanted doing and was more than happy to offer advice! After agreeing on what was best we agreed on the best day to proceed with the work that needed doing. Rob was extremely polite, professional and extremely tidy through out! His dedication and passion for his craft really shows! I'm over the moon with the work that's been completed today! I will certainly be recommending Rob to freinds and family! And will be coming back in the future! Kind regards Ethan.

Great work carried out. I had Rob carry out various electrical jobs. All were completed to a good standard and he was very personable.

Rob was recommended to us by our builder to design and install the electrics, CCTV, alarm and heat pump electrics for our self-build project. Throughout the build, Rob offered solutions and was very extremely knowledgeable regarding the systems he installed. He worked very well with and besides the other trades on site at each stage. Following installation, Rob demonstrated the operating systems for each of the services installed to allow us to fully understand them prior to use. We would highly recommend Rob to carry out any electrical work.

I approached Rob based on his locality and previous good reviews. I was fortunate that he could fit in my EICR at very short notice due to a cancellation. I was very pleased with the quick turn around of the report and reasonable prices

I’ve had Rob carry out a couple of jobs at my home and he is my ‘go to’ for electrical work now. He did some great work on our kitchen renovation, found shoddy work left from the previous owners and rectified, and located an electrical fault and remedied. Top chap, always on time, polite, respectful, knows is stuff and does a top job. No reason to seek out anyone else.

Definitely recommend Rob. He sorted out all our electrical problems. He was polite, punctual and friendly and went the extra mile for us helping us with the oven light even though he wasn’t booked to do that.

Great service and great value for money!

Rob has done a couple of jobs for me recently and I've been very happy with his work. He replaced an old outside light with a modern sensor lamp and has fitted an extra wall socket to deal with trailing cables. He is very professional in all he does and works in a very organised and tidy way. Thanks Rob.

Rob produced an EICR certificate for me at very short notice in my flat. There were some remedial works that needed doing first and I was worried about being able to fit it in before moving away, but it was not a problem for him. From start to finish, he made the whole process very easy. He is friendly, professional and incredibly tidy. I would highly recommend his work to anyone looking for a quality electrician in the Exeter area. Thanks!

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rob. He was helpful, professional and informative from start to finish. Very tidy too!

Rob was able to book and carry out a job to fit four down lights and a dimmer switch into my dinning room, even making an effort to return to complete an extra job in a tight timeframe. His work has really transformed the space to feel bright and spacious. I have honestly appreciated his respectful, diligent and professional work ethic. Highly recommended!

Rob provided some good advice and a free quotation before we committed to the work required. He was very professional - turned up on time and did a very good job to our complete satisfaction - wouldn't hesitate to recommend his company

Rob was very professional and friendly. He quickly understood what we needed and provided helpful advice. The quote came through and was really easy to accept. Rob completed the work really quickly. Once finished he tidied and hoovered so it was like he was never there...except we had a load more sockets. Brilliant. Thanks Rob.

This is the second time we have used Rob. The first was to rewire our electric shower and this time he repaired the bathroom light. On both occasions Rob has been very professional and works completed to a high standard. Everything was clean and tidy when he had finished.

Second time I have used Rob, first time to get rid of some annoying low hanging pendants and change to spots, and this time to upgrade and fix faulty, leaking extractor fans. Both occasions Robs work has been to high standards, he's on time price very competitive. He responds to messages. It's great to know a reliable electrician. I will be getting him back to install an electric shower soon. Muro
