KS Electrical Solutions

We’ve been really pleased with the service provided. They are always professional, reliable and quick to respond when we need work carried out. The quality of the work is excellent, and they are always happy to explain what is needed and provide clear pricing beforehand. Would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them for future electrical work

Couldn’t be more impressed with Kieran and his team. We use them for all electrical jobs at our sites and they go above and beyond every time.

Friendly service. Competently completed work. All round very professional.

KS were quick to provide a competitive quote. They explained my options clearly and answered questions promptly. The work to install our EV charger and some other smaller work at home was carried out quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.

I'd highly recommend KS Electrical, they did a great job rewiring our house, and more recently updating our outdoor electrics. They're easy to communicate with and have good availability. Very happy with the work they've done for us.

Solid work from Jordan helping run a cable to consumer unit and connect induction hob. Would definitely use again.

KS Electrical installed an EV charger for one of my members of staff. Very today and professional service.

Cannot fault the service received, especially at short notice and additional works thrown in last minute. Nothing was too much bother. Will definitely be using again.

We had a great experience with KS Electrical. They installed a new EV charger for us...Kieran was really helpful with helping us fine the right one and we were really happy with the installation . Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

We’ve used KS Electrial for urgent and more extensive work on our home. Kieran and the team are fantastic. Professional, neat, and prompt. Would highly recommend!

Always a fantastic speedy service. A visit was offered on the day of the issue. Jordan does a great job. I have confidence in ks electrical and are my go to whenever I have an issue at my property.

We represent a multitude of landlords and need to maintain high compliance standards. We rely on good firms such as KS Electrical to help manage our portfolio. Thanks to Keiron, Debbie and the team!

Excellent proficient advice and service from start to finish, 28 led down lights and a bathroom mirror installed within a couple of hours. Everywhere left nice and tidy, electricians were a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

KS have been brilliant. Quick to the property, efficient with the fixes and very affordable. Highly recommend

I called KS electrical solutions to investigate an intermittent fault. The bathroom lights and fan kept going off. They replaced the light switch as this is where they thought the fault was. After they left the problem returned. They advised me to change the light bulbs in the bathroom, which I did , but this did not solve the problem. I reported back to them to let them know it had not been resolved and I asked them to give me a call to let me know when they could come back. They had not called back a week later so I decided to systematically go through the electrics and eventually found the solution by removing then rewiring the fan isolation switch. They have sent me a bill of £114 for the emergency callout, which I have paid although one would have expected them to have solved the problem. I have in effect paid for a job not done. I would not recommend this firm.

Great bloke did amazing job was reasonable price from quote to job done was 8 days which to me is quick delivery of services

Reliable Electrical Company. Very caring and do a tidy and clean job with very pleasant engineers. Very reasonable price for work done. Highly recommend this Company.

Great local company who fitted a EV car charger at my home. Very professional and a quick service. Some helpful advise given regarding the type of charger and accessories to go with it. I would highly recommend them.

We have used KS several times and recommend them without any hesitation. There are two reasons for this. Firstly, we have never had any problems with the work done by Iain, the electrician - we have never had to have anybody back to sort something out, never, which is unusual these days. Secondly, we often have ideas but do not know how to make them happen without asking a lot of questions, and KS Electricals have always been very helpful and patient answering them. These two factors are why we recommend them.

Great service - Professional and thorough and came up with a good solution to our problem. Would happily use them again.

I had a double outside socket fitted to the rear of the house from start to finish very neatly fitted very friendly and professional would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again

We have used KS Electrical Solutions a number of times and always been very happy with the service. Happy to recommend.

KS Electrical recently fitted a EV charger for me. It was carried out both efficiently and speedily. The electrician was friendly polite and unit operates correctly with no problems and I can thoroughly recommend KS Electrical.

Kieran from K and L Electrical Solutions provided an excellent service. He is reliable and did a brilliant job. I will definitely be contacting K and L Electrical solutions for any electrical work I need to be done in the future. Thank you Kieran.

Really impressed. Very helpful, great communication, good job and would definitely use again.

Great workmanship and friendly and efficient to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. The communication, when booking the work, was very efficient and the workmanshio and advice given was first class.

Fast and friendly service. Our initial query was responded to promptly and communication with the engineer who visited and the team was very good. The engineer arrived at the time quoted, carried out the work we had requested, responded helpfully to our queries and suggested further work that would be beneficial. The team who visited were efficient and courteous and I would not hesitate to call on them again.

Excellent supply & installation of EV charger by KS Electrical. Would highly recommend.

Excellent, highly recommended. Turned up on time and fitted three sockets with the minimum of fuss. Very pleased with the work and the state the place was left in after the work.

Highly recommend KS Electrical — fantastic workmanship and a great job done at a very reasonable price.

KIeran is professional, he has a caring attitude and wants to serve me as a customer, gave a quote within a day, and completed the Tesla charger install with 14 days. All as promised. Most of all a trustworthy company, if I had a problem later on I know I would get a straight forward answer promptly . Karl the installer was local as well , very nice chap. Wish I had known you guys earlier. I will use your company in future for my pharmacy Pinhoe Pharmacy. All the best Archie

We’ve used KS Electricals throughout our two years in Topsham and their standard of work has always been exceptional. Every electrician who has attended has been professional, skilled, and a pleasure to deal with. Our final job today was completed far quicker than expected, with the same high-quality workmanship we’ve come to rely on. We’re genuinely sad we can’t take them with us to Yorkshire! Outstanding company — highly recommended.

Kieran was employed by my daughter and son-in-law to rewire their new home and I had the pleasure of watching him at work. Very professional and efficient. Easy to talk to and he always had time to chat about his work. In November 2025 I needed a small job done and employed Keirans services. Once again his team delivered outstanding service. They identified that the distribution board was very old and non compliant. I appreciated their advice and had them upgrade the unit immediately. Their work is neat and tidy and they have a friendly and professional attitude. If you need a great electrician, use Kieran and his team!

I am very pleased with the work I had done in my house. The electrician was friendly, helpful & professional & I feel the work was done to a high standard.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with every aspect of the service we received from KS Electrical Solutions. Every interaction was considerate, professional and polite and the standard of work excellent.

Great service at short notice

Woke up one morning with half the electricity in the house out. No Wifi, no landline, and more. Scary. My usual electrician had ceased trading and others were too busy to come, but KS Electrical Solutions were extremely helpful and came within 3 hours. They quickly diagnosed the problem which was complicated, and they put it right. Not only that, they only charged me the call out fee. You don't often get top class service like that these days, and I'm extremely grateful.

Recently had a EV Home charger installed. Can't fault the work. Karl the installer was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Work was completed on time. Would not hesitate to use the company again or recommend to anyone...

Top quality service! Very prompt, helpful and friendly customer service and brilliant installation of the EV charger in a tight and difficult space.

Brilliant and very helpful from start to finish. We had some extremely heavy, including antique, light fittings that needed fitting safely in a very old house. KS knew exactly what they were dealing with and sourced all the nessasary fittings needed to ensure lights fitted without a hitch and in very professional manner. Would highly recommend!

If we could give Kieran and team more than 5 stars we would! Kieran answered the phone straightaway when I called on Monday and 24 hours later the work we needed to fix our kitchen lighting has all been completed by Iain and Ben. We have also received the quotation we requested for further work needed. Communication has been absolutely brilliant at every stage, with everything very clearly explained to us. We are very glad to have found Kieran's company and would strongly recommend them.

Very prompt and timely response; work expertly undertaken. Invoice matched quote.

Thankyou Keiran/ Iain for the fantastic upgrade to my electrical system,it was both Quickly done and cleverly fitted in minimal space.l can unreservedly Highly recommend K.S electrical solutions for any electrical work, great quote and Quality installation.

Good communication, efficient work. Highly recommended !

A great, reliable service. Have been using KS Electrical Solutions since 2020.

Kieran organised a great job for the lights in my shop. Jordan was swift with the installation work and offered plenty of excellent advice about the lamps and the fixtures. Will be using again!

Fantastic service, highly recommended. Booked an EICR, the price was competitive and Kieran and Jordan were able to complete the report and get it back to us very quickly. Communication has been brilliant and Kieran has answered all of my questions, I will definitely be using them again in the future.

10/10 recommend! Work was quoted for and carried out quickly at a very competitive price. Phone calls and emails were always responded to as promised (unlike other providers) and the electricians arrived on time and got the job done. Special shout out to Jordan and Kieran himself for really great customer care. (I liked and appreciated the shoe covers too - thank you 👌)

Very satisfied with the service. Professional and left everything clean and tidy. I believe the name of the electrician was Ian. We installed a new shower system which was a bit more complicated but the team installed it with no problems. Thank you.

Prompt, friendly and communicative in responding to an emergency call out

Jordan arrived promptly, was super-friendly and fixed all our electrical issues within 45 mins! Huge thanks - it's great to have lights that actually work now

Friendly and efficient service from the team at KS, very pleased with work carried out and price charged, would highly reccomend them, the electricians that carried out the job were very polite and friendly Job well done!

Very pleased with work undertaken by Charlie he was friendly, professional and the job was completed to a high standard. Would recommend KS Electrical to friends and family.

This morning I was walking past one of your vans on Lubbecke Way in Dorchester. I’m registered blind and walk with a white stick, there was a pipe across the pavement from some other workmen, and a member of your team was at their van close by, he stopped what he was doing and came and walked beside me to ensure I stepped over it and didn’t trip! I just want to say Thank You! He made my day, it’s wonderful to come across people willing to go out of their way to help others!

Efficient and professional company, from the administration team to the electricians. Prompt response to enquiry, flexible with rearranging appointment when plans changed, and the work carried out was to a high standard. Will happily use KS Electrical Solutions again in the future, thank you.

Very pleased with the cost and all the work I've had done. Electricians very polite, thorough and tidy. They were very knowledgeable and skilled. All my questions were answered. Nice to see an apprentice being taught the trade. Definitely will be recommending KS Electrical Solutions to others and will use them again.

Have used KS electrical solutions for a couple of small jobs recently and received excellent service from start to finish. Very friendly and completed jobs very quickly! Highly recommend this company.

We used KS Electrical Solutions for our EICR and PAT testing. They turned up when they said they would, were easy to deal with and got the job done well. We'd happily recommend them.

The two electricians that disconnected my alarm were very polite and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. They went above beyond....

We had KS Electrical do a whole house rewire a few years ago on our old house and we were very impressed with them, so we no hesitation on asking them to come to our new house to complete a few minor jobs that needed doing. Again we were really happy with the work, very fairly priced, and we would definitely recommend them

Ian did amazing job tidy up after himself one happy customer.

We could not more highly recommend KS Electrical Solutions. Kiren and his team have been brilliant. We needed an EV charger installed but we had no idea about it. Kiren came and talked us through everything. He advised us on what was involved and what we needed to do. All settled, Jordan came to install EV and update our "out of date" fuse box, so that everything works safely. Two days of very good work, efficiently done, no mess, no noise (no radio) and importantly for us, things have been well explained. Very personable service. As someone else said, we were treated like a human being. We did not think we were just a number of pound notes. Now, just waiting for the car to be delivered. Rachel and Nigel Howell 24.10.2024

Booked the electrician on Friday, lady on the phone very understanding and prompt, she arranged Jordan to fix the problem, which he did. After finishing the job, asked if anything else needed attention to,had a few jobs and he obliged.Went above and beyond.Friendly and efficient and bloody good price.Cant knock that!!

Great, Jordan fixed the issue with our lights very quickly, he was neat, polite and helpful.

Attentive, thorough electricians. They go out of their way to provide a great service.

Really impressed with the service we received. Was able to come and resolve the issues we had with our plug sockets + offer suggestions on baby proofing + fix another job while they were here as well. Was able to come and fix our issue within a few days of calling! Jordan was really pleasant and knowledgable. Would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

Had a faulty light circuit, tripping the RCD, called KS Electrical and they couldn’t be more helpful. From the lady I spoke with on the phone, to Karl the electrician that attended the same day, after 5pm, as arranged. The service and professionalism was second to none. Fault identified in good time, even with Karl answering my questions on the process of fault finding. Would definitely use again, and recommend to all who are after a friendly, professional, reliable company for their electrical needs!

These days, it seems that almost all contractors are busy. That’s great for them, but when you want someone to do some work on your house, it can feel like you’re the one having to do all the chasing. People don’t get back to you when they say they will and it can take endless rounds of text tennis before you start getting anywhere. Not with Kieran and his team. They clearly take customer service seriously and make you feel like your job actually matters to their business. If they say they’re going to do something, you know it will be done on time and it will be done well. We had 3 or 4 small jobs around the house that needed fixing. I was very impressed with how efficient and tidy the electricians, Karl and Charlie, were. The work was kept within the estimate and Karl came up with a way of installing a cable outside that meant he didn’t have to drill through an internal wall.

Really good service. Kieran was realistic about the work needed to make our electrics safe when assessing it for a quote. Jordan came to do the work and was excellent. He did the work we needed quickly and competently, and tidied up afterwards. I'm really pleased with the results.

Excellent service from booking to installation. Job was done quickly and thoroughly even through some necessary adaptations. Thanks for a doing such a professional job

We moved into a house that required some electrical work. KS Electrical Solutions initially undertook a full electrical survey to initially discover any issues we were not aware of. A few small issues were spotted and these were addressed alongside the initial work that was planned. The engineer who visited was extremely knowledgeable and clear with all information he provided. We left feeling confident in the work carried out and in the safety of our house.

KS Electrical completed a partial rewire of my house, installed a new circuit board, additional sockets internally nad externally. Kieran was the consumate professional in advising us of our options and promptly delivered an easy to understand quote. His electricans completed the jobs efficiently and were neat and tidy. They worked wiht us to ensure we could continue to work at home whilst they completed their work. Overall I was very impressed with the high standard of KS Electrical and strongly recommend them.

I have used Kierans company multiple times over the last 8 years . Initially I chose Kieran to rewire my house. I chose him because he looked professional was pleasant and appeared trustworthy and offered to do the work for a fair price. The previous electrical who came to quote told me all about his antique Porshe collection within 5 mins of stepping into my house so was a no trainer. The rewire went well and we were fairly happy with the work . There was a one piece of cable that was installed in a dangerous position but my partner repositioned it. Kierans company also installed additional plug sockets in my kitchen . The job was reasonably priced and promptly undertaken and the work was a satisfactory standard. My recent dealing with Kierans company have been different . I arranged a date for the electrician to come and he didn't shown on multiple days . He finally came on his way home from work and was unexpected and I was charged an extortionate amount for a job that took 10mins . My partner is in the construction business and I have rental properties and deal with many tradesmen and this price was extremely high in proportion to the work which was carried out. I have lost trust in this company and will not use them again .

We used Kieran and his team for rewiring a small house last year. He was always responsive, on time, helpful and realistic about what was achievable. He has also always been very quick to come to our aid when small things have gone wrong since the first installation. Couldn't recommend him more.

Appreciated the promptness of completing the work. No pressure to do additional work or add to what I wanted doing. Felt immediately that I had confidence in the work being completed. Definitely will be using KS Electrical Solutions again for all things electrical. Thank you

I’m a repeat customer of Kieran and team. I’ve just had another 5 star experience and am updating my previous review to highlight a few things with the recent experience. Jordan was here for 2 days and the quality delivered was exceptional. He was professional, friendly and went out of his way to accommodate noise and power outages around the needs of me working from home. Thank you to Kieran, Jordan and team for another exceptional effort

This is a second project that we used Kieran and his amazing team. They are professional expertise, Prompt, Punctual with high standards. Good communicator and explained things very well. They worked very late just to finish the job. They never dissapointed us. Highly recommended and will definitely use their service again for our next project. Thanks Kieran and keep up the good work.

Kieran and the team were very helpful and fitted us in promptly. Jake was on time, very professional and tidied up after himself - this is the second time I’ve used the company and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

A security light which KS Electrical Solutions had installed needed further adjustment. It was tricky to alter the sensor and it needed two visits from the firm to solve the problem and get it right. But it has been successful and those who came were helpful and friendly.

Kieran and team were professional, helpful and expertise was clear. The quality of their work was excellent and they even went out of their way to make sure we were happy with what was installed. Will definitely recommend and contract them again for other electrical work. Many thanks!

Kieran and his team displayed utmost professionalism throughout the entire process. They conducted two site visits to ensure they fully understood our requirements, promptly provided us with a detailed quote, and efficiently scheduled the work. Their execution aligned perfectly with our timeline, as we needed everything completed before our event, and we were extremely satisfied with the results. We would wholeheartedly recommend Kieran and his team to anyone. Thank you, Kieran.

A really fantastic firm! We had a few electrical jobs that needed doing around the house from new smoke alarms a new socket some new spotlight fittings and updating the box under the stairs ( it probably has a proper name) . Kieron was quick to arrange a visit and gave us real confidence with his explanations and suggestions of how to carry out the work. The quote arrived quickly and the work was done to a high standard the guys were super tidy and respectful. I would not hesitate to recommend and we’ll definitely use again

Responsive. Fairly priced. Efficient. Friendly. Would recommend. I had an issue with my electric car charger and the team helped to get a new one sent out and then fit it for me.

Due to me selling my house I needed electrical works done quickly, Kieran went out of his way to squeeze me in so i could get the works done in time. He was very professional and came over to talk through my options in regards to the work that needed doing. Kieran sent Karl over the next day to do the work, Karl was very professional, explaining everything that needed doing and what the options were when he found additional items that needed fixing during my EICR. He was conscientious and friendly and did the works to a very good standard. Completely recommend KS, and thanks to Kieran and Karl for their help!!

Keiran has helped me with a variety of jobs at a flat I let in town. He has always been friendly, professional and competitively priced. The jobs included wiring and fitting two outside lights, removing wall lights, installing a porch light, installed wall sockets, replaced ceiling lights, completed electrical testing an more. Highly recommended by me.

Prompt, Proactive, Professional and Trustworthy. We've used Kieran during lockdown for the first fix of our terrace renovation and would recommend in a heartbeat to others.

I spent a day phoning electricians and Kieran was the only one to call back, the price he quoted was great and he even fixed some extra faults from the original installation.

Would be happy to recommend the service of Kieran and KS Electrical Solutions ltd. Very professional, responsive communication and very knowledgeable. Thank you again.

After being quoted 2 weeks or being unable to get through by the first 3 electricans I contacted, being told tomorrow at 3pm was a bit shocking. Fast, friendly and did a really good job repairing a sparking light switch and bathroom extractor fan replacement. Would recommend!

Kieran managed to fix an absolutely baffling electrical problem that had been giving our family electrics shocks through the bathroom tap and towel rail. Me and my wife were in the process of purchasing a property and needed an EICR certificate to check the condition of the electrical installation in the house. We contacted several electricians in the area and Kieran provided one of the most competitive quotes. Importantly, he carried out the job essentially the next working day, and took the time to debrief his findings in person after finishing the checks. Kieran was personable, knowledgeable and completed the job efficiently. We will be looking forward to using his services again in the future, and would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a competent and reliable electrician.

Excellent electrician, we always use him for any jobs that we have within our Centre. Always reliable and will go the extra mile for you. On top of that what we like even more than the professionalism and skill as an electrician is his honesty and work ethic. Highly recommended.

Kieran from KS Electrical Solutions worked on a bespoke out building where electric, cabled internet and sound cable were installed. The work carried out was of the highest standard and the rate was very reasonable. He had loads of good ideas about installation of plugs and cabling which i found extremely useful and told him to go ahead and implement them. I can strongly recommend KS Electrical Solutions for any electrical works based on Kieran's attention to detail, work ethic and reasonable costs. I would definitely use Kieran again.

Very helpful and approachable electrician who struck me as professional and thorough. Very clear itemised quotation which made it easy to amend as I changed a few items as the rewire progressed. Job finished to a high standard.

Kieran has carried out several electrical jobs for me. From fitting mains interlinked smoke alarms to replacing a RCD circuit breaker. Kieran is reliable and completes work to a high standard. The only reason I would go to someone else, would be for emergency work if Kieran were not in the country because of holiday. Otherwise I would wait for his return.

We would thoroughly recommend Kieran at KS Electrical Solutions, he is very reliable and helpful and we will certainly continue to use his services.

We use KS Electrical solutions for all our electrical maintenance (both commercial and domestic) at our Pub in central Exeter and we've been very happy with the service, quality of the work, and prices. Always flexible around our opening hours and business needs. Communication regarding access, quotes, advice or anything else has always been really reliable, which isn't something we've always had from previous electricians. Strongly recommended.

I could not recommend Kieran from K.S. electrical solutions enough. He has done lots of jobs for us and he has proven to be very helpful from start to finish. He completes very clean and neat work at a good price. He has always been reliable.

Kieran was extremely helpful when our ground floor sockets all failed following a power cut. He came out early in the day and at short notice to fit us in before another appointment and was very diligent in pinning down what turned out not to be an easily traceable problem. Kieran is professional and polite and we would have no hesitation in recommending his service.

Great service from Kieran - very reliable & trustworthy electrician! Highly recommend.

Checking & Testing Electrical System in House. Very efficient & thorough. Would use again and recommend.

Great service from Kieran. Always professional and polite. very good ideas and suggestions.

I've used ks on 3 separate occasions, at home and in my business, every time I have spoken with ks about the job and they have offered salutations to my problem at a very good price, I've been happy to recommend them to friends and family.

Very professional approach from a gifted team. From the initial call and visit I was put at ease by Kieran's calm manner and experience. I really valued his recommendations. The installation was to a very high specification and was very clean and tidy during the works. Highly recommended and all my friends now use him.

I am delighted with the service from KS Electrical Solutions. All arrangements were made quickly and attended promptly. Kieran (the electrician) advised me of a few small issues elsewhere and I was very happy to have him sort them out for me. He kept the cost the same as the quote and made sure everything was clean and tidy when he finished. He was polite and friendly at all times. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to others.

Kieran did a great job with our under tile heating. Had to call him at the last minute but he manged everything very professionally within that short notice. Would call him again whenever we need other electrical work and would recommend him to my friends as well.

Kieran was timely, friendly and polite, he did an excellant job and tidied up after himself. We are pleased with the work, would definately recommend him and will certainly use him again in the future.
