He was professional throughout his visit and remained friendly. Upon completing the job, he demonstrated how the oven works, which I thought was brilliant. I also must mention that he was kind enough to observe the rules of my home: covering his shoes with protectors. Not many observe such a small, yet an important rule. I definitely recommend this organisation!!!
