Before he started the job he showed his accreditation, removed his boots and respected my property. He explained every step of the way and replaced the furniture he had to move. Quite simply great service. We woke on a Sunday morning to find ourselves without power and no clue what the problem might be. Constant tripping of switches in “ fuse box” ( I know they aren’t fuses, these days!) . Phone call to Jay was promptly answered and a quick discussion allowed me to isolate and resolve the problem. He was friendly and professional and took time to explain to me how to proceed. It was only when I phoned him back to tell him problem was resolved by following his advice that he told me he was away on his hols!!! Jay had previous done some work for us ( very well done, I’d add) . I would thoroughly recommend without any hesitation. Brilliant service.

After calling lots of self-styled camera experts who were critical of my choice of camera and said they could never be installed without being unsightly, I am pleased to prove them all wrong. Jason and his team not only listened to me without patronising me but are ahead of most electricians I found in the area on knowledge - genuinely. I’ve trawled through local electricians and they don’t match AJ Electrical Services quality of service. The boys knuckled down and got my cameras installed for me to use with no unsightly wires, and future proofed the installation with Cat 5 wiring allowing me change my cameras if I choose to. They also added lighting to enhance recording and advised me on other cost effective security measures to install for my elderly mum’s home. It is hard to make decisions on tradesmen and I’ve previously made a lot of bad choices but people like AJ Electrical Services who are honest and reliable, with a gold-star knowledge rating - tech geeks (in the nicest possible way!) are value for money. 5* service. Would highly recommend! AJ electrical came to fit an EO home car charger. They came up against a problem so called EO yet didn’t get put through to anyone. At this point, they could’ve said, “We’ve done all we can. It’s not our fault that it isn’t working. Please pay us” Instead, they continued calling EO for 2months until the problem was sorted. I could’ve been left in a position with having paid to fit a faulty charger but instead they were persistent and made sure the job was finished. Cannot fault them and incredibly grateful!

AJ electrical has previously done the installation of all of my electric radiators which we are really happy with, we then asked Jason to come back and do a new socket and re wiring/ install our tv wall, we are very pleased with all of the work carried out everything is perfect and the customer service was brilliant, he was more than happy to answer all of my questions and I would definitely recommend AJ electrical and have them back to do any future work

Highly recommended had a house fire which meant there was damage to the electricity and it looked like the whole house would need rewiring. I’m also pretty sure I have been under charged for the job due to the situation we were in. Thank you for saving me and my mother thousands of pounds. She is now very happy and can now get back to watching her favourite Tv shows on Sky.

I contacted AJ electrical as my burgular alarm wouldn’t turn off. I’d been away for the week and when I came back I couldn’t remember my passcode, I tried to disable the alarm but the back up battery kicked in. I called AJ electrical but he wasn’t able to come out to me. However rather than turn me away he was still able to help me by giving direction on how to disable my outside alarm with pictures on WhatsApp and over the phone instructions. I’m so grateful for his help as it saved me money from a call out and stopped the loud alarm outside within 15mins. Thank you so much!!

Called Jason down to install an 85” tv onto a stud wall, the price quoted was much lower then anyone else and he managed to come over the next day and get it fitted in just under an hour, nothing was too much to ask especially since the bracket we bought didn’t have the right screws for my tv and he happened to have some on him, would highly recommend and will be using him again as soon as more work is needed

I needed an electrician in an emergency to to carry out some electrical fault testing. My electrical power was not working throughout the house . He arrived within 20 minutes and found that the meter was not working properly.He called the national grid and my supplier to confirm that the meter was broken and needed replacement. Delighted with service!! Will use again .

Jason answered straight away on bank holiday Sunday. My elderly mum had no bathroom lights and other lights upstairs were flickering. Jason asked for WhatsAop videos and diagnosed the issue and quoted a price. He booked in the work for after the bank holiday. For his help and response I would recommend his services.

Jason was fantastic in going through the requirements needed for wiring up my sauna and always for the most part made time to respond to my various queries was keen to offer great advise at even his busiet time. Jason was really quick to respond and offered great advice when talking through the electrical jobs we needed. We wanted a light switch moving from one side of the door to another without having to disturb the new flooring upstairs. Jason had the solution of using wireless kinetic switches that do the job perfectly. He also fit a new light for us and disconnected a switch. He did a great job, arrived on time, was professional and we will definitely use him again in the future.

A J electrical can’t praise this guy / company enough basically we had no downstairs lights at all A J turned up earlier than expected at hardly any notice at all and in no time at all just less than an hour had all lights down identified the fault fixed it! and hardly charged me any near what I expected to have to pay!. 5 STAR SERVCE.

Had a problem with the sockets in my house not working. Rang AJ electrical and he came out very quick on the same day. He had a hard job finding the problem due to our circuit board being quite a mess but eventually he managed to find the issue and rectify it. Very pleased would definitely recommend infact we have booked him again to sort out a electric shower problem.

Jason installed my tv for me in my living room for my new home. He was fantastic, helpful, and gave really great advice on all aspects of the job. Jason made sure to take care in every detail and gave me a number of options for the exposed wires from the tv and what would look the best. The precision and attention to detail was absolutely amazing! A tv is the centre of a household no matter which room, Jason made sure it looked great - the installation was smooth, professional, and easy. We will definitely be using Jason in the future for another tv installation upstairs and have recommended him to all of our friends and family.

Jason has just finished putting in lights for both front and back gardens. Updating security lights and helped us get our water feature working safely. Jason’s work is quick, neat and efficient. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, giving us options so that we got what we wanted. We now have our first sets of smart lighting which means our lighting is not only functional but fun. When we started the journey of adding lights to our garden we never expected that we’d end up with way more than we had hoped for. AJ Electritians was awesome. Super responsive, fixed problems that other tradesmen had caused, provide advice on the job and what we should consider next and reassured me throughout. I called him on a weekend and he was there within 48hrs. I needed a light fitting but the extant wiring was dangerous and connected badly. It was a right mess and needed someone to investigate what was what. AJ squared it away in around 45 minutes and even talked is through all the things we should watch and look out for.
