We contacted your company today to arrange for the installation of an electric oven. As tenants of the property, we are responsible for the installation of such appliances. We were informed that your services are exclusively available to homeowners. The representative we spoke with was rather abrupt, stating an inability to assist and subsequently terminating the call. If a lower rating were possible, I would provide it.
Beware before you contact these people. I changed my mind after two minutes as they couln't give me a ball park figure for the job I wanted done, and they tried to charge a cencellation fee. Mental!!! There really should be a no star option.
I found First Call Emergency on a Google search and thought I'd give them a try for a non-urgent, home electrical issue and was surprised to get a booking for just within two hours. I had a confirmation text and call, a clear outline of the cost, before Ali arrived right on time; he was very professional, polite, helpful in understanding the issue and providing explanations as well as options. I was very happy with the service, cost and his knowledge of options for a future project, and would highly recommend them.

We’re extremely grateful to Asif who came out to help us during a very busy period. After a power outage caused damage to our cooker, they responded promptly, were professional and reassuring, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They took the time to explain the issue, fixed it efficiently, and made sure everything was safe and working properly before leaving. I called for a quote I was polite and I have never had such a rude attitude no way would I use them ! I tried to call back to ask them to remove my details and they won't answer.... astonishing!
I called RMG Electricals for a quote for a light switch and additional lighting and was told we can not do that and then they hung up. Very rude and would not recommend.
