Great experience. Forever Green Energy installed my solar panels and battery. Everything was seamless - they took care of everything - design, DNO application, scaffolding arrangements, fitting PVs and battery and commissioning. I was really pleased that Forever Green Energy made an effort to fit as many panels on my roof as possible and used panels that offer a higher output than other companies offered. Ian was great at responding to any questions I had. The Fox ESS batteries/inverter works really well. Really glad I used them as I really didn’t know who to go with but my neighbour also used FGE and had a positive experience so I’m lucky they found them!

Ian Williams very knowledgeable in designing the initial plan, which we adapted twice after the first design. The DNO approval held things up a bit for plan v3, but once under way the install team worked safely, tidily and were a pleasure to have on site. Very pleased with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending them, and their aftercare has been freely available and speedy.

Really good experience dealing with all the various people involved in this complex project. We were never pressurised but very competent, knowledgeable and helpful people were always on hand to chat to and advise us. The team undertook a couple of preparatory visits and on the installation day itself, they arrived good and early, and worked hard in extremely hot conditions to complete the task by lunchtime. We started generating almost immediately and look forward to being able to export some of our Welsh sunshine. The team did hit a couple of small snags but were resourceful enough to work round them and kept us informed at all times of what they were doing. The "back office" support team were also excellent, very proactive and genuinely helpful. Certainly been a positive start to our solar usage experience.

We had the team install 12 panels and a Fox 10kwh battery. At every stage they were really good and we are so impressed with the equipment we will be returning for an additional Battery in the coming weeks. An absolute pleasure to do business with!

Forever Green were 1 of 3 companies invited to quote for our commercial solar project on our community building. There site visit was very thorough and included a roof specialist and electricians, which gave me a lot of confidence that there quote would be accurate and deliverable. They were very competitively priced and being local, it helped achieve our environmental goals, as well as supporting a local business. After awarding them the contract, they have turned up when promised and done an amazing job. All of there team have been polite and kept us updated throughout the process. We now have a fully functioning 3 phase PV system, with 30kw of solar generation and 18kw of battery storage. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Having spoken to several solar installers, finally meeting with Ian from Forever Green was a breathe of fresh air. No hard sell, just calm discussion of the pros and cons of different solutions. Installation team were very polite, professional and fun to meet. Very clean and tidy, the team of 8 completed a 24 panel and battery install in less than 6 hours with a lot of cabling back to our meter cupboard. So far system is performing very well, even on these short cold winter days we're now pretty much grid independent.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. Our system design (14 panels + 10kW battery + 6kW inverter) was done only after our needs and wants had been thoroughly understood. I’ve had my system in now for over 7 months. Forevergreen have been brilliant. I very nearly went with another company, and thankfully I listened to their advice and choose them instead. I had been considering installing solar panels about 3/4 years ago, and they were the only company that provided me with all the facts. They were the first company I went back to, but I was nearly convinced by price, and the fact that my friend had used another company. Fortunately I spoke to Forevergreen again and subsequently went with them. My friend is now having problems with his system, which has turned out not to be compatible with Octopus energy. I would thoroughly recommend Forevergreen. The installation was professionally done, and the system has worked perfectly. Any questions and problems I had initially were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I’m now very pleased with the financial benefits the system is providing me.

Forever Energy installed a solar system with storage battery and Eddi hot water diverter. I have been really pleased with them from survey and professional installation which was tidy and on time. All paperwork was supplied to allow me to get exporting within the week. Forever Energy kept me up to date throughout the process and responded to any questions in a timely manner. They were recommended by my neighbour who had a similar install 12 months previous and was very happy. I would recommend.

The company handled the application to the network operator and turned up on the day scheduled, carried out the work without fuss, hooked it all up, showed how it operated. No mess. Very pleasant operatives. Really pleased with the result. No hesitation in recommending.

A good company to be contacted, for getting MCS certified solar panels installation solution. A team member arrived, reviewed the house, provide the plan that suits to the house along with wiring route & battery location. They'll also provide the choice for the solar panels and the battery available from their catalog, based on our usage. Company will provide all the necessary resource for the installation including scaffolding to go on the roof. All the job covered with workmanship warranty. Also necessary safety instruction was provided after the installation is complete. A reliable company to contact, that provides complete solar panel installation to your house.

The team work like a military operation! I was expecting them to take over a day but they finished within 8 hours and the job is absolutely perfect - incredibly neat and tidy and all of the team were extremely courteous, helpful, and informative.

The team who installed the panels, battery and inverter were excellent. The panels on the rear roof could not be installed as per the quotation and I was advised of this before the installation took place but a solution was provided which I agreed to. Once all the panels had been installed I was shown a photograph. Additional work had to be undertaken to change cabling by the electricity meter but this was carried out quickly. From start to finish, professional, courteous and very straight forward. Consultation was fine, we have a southeast facing house so was pretty easy for them. However we did not consider putting more panels on the other side of the roof too which actually turns out didn't increase cost all that much but really increases the energy we get in the evening so they clearly they know their stuff. Installers were great, we had roof repairs done at the same time so we could use the same scaffolding and FGE were really accommodating to help us get both projects aligned. Everything went great, the panels, battery and inverter all working perfectly and the stats we are getting on the app are great! With all the sunny weather we are making some money back selling to the grid. Its a great feeling!

Buying solar panel can be fraught experience. I started researching the market in June 2022 and approached over 15 companies to discuss my needs. For Evergreen Energy were by far and away the most professional. They genuinely approached the project from the perspective of what was right for my needs. It’s a soft sell because they sell on the science and benefits. The initial presentation was outstanding and covered every aspect of what I needed to know. In a market where there many rouge companies they provided the confidence I needed to proceed with one of the most reputable companies in solar generation. The fitters who installed my system were extremely professional. I’m not one for writing reviews on companies but I would have no hesitation in recommending For Ever Green.

From the very beginning exploring the concept of solar panels we have found Forever Green Energy very professional and extremely helpful and informative. The team who came and fitted the solar panels on our property were experienced and very efficient. The electrician explained the system in clear terms and helped set up the app on our iPad and ensured we understood the information presented. We would happily recommend this company to anybody looking to have solar panels.

6 Pottows Field, Cherhill, Calne, Wiltshire, SN11 8YN, GB Absolutely useless from the start. Quoted 11 panels but only 10 would fit. Scaffolding left for months. Iboost installed incorrectly. One panel failed but no attempt to resolve. Had to raise a case with NAPIT to get a site visit. Took 18 months to replace a faulty panel. Avoid.

Back in March 2022, I was unsure about Solar so I called up Forever Green and had a very useful conversation with a chap called Rob. He was excellent at dealing with all my questions. After a little wait, I placed the order in April and told to expect fitting to occur on 1st September (19 week wait). The wait was fair enough as there are global supply chain issues at the moment. In early July, one of the team came out to the house to measure up and check where everything was going. I was advised it was going to be a text-book simple install. On the 20th July, I was told that there was a delay due to a shortage of kit. New date, 19th September (21 week wait). This later turned out to be the date for the new public holiday for the Queen's funeral. All credit to Forever Green, this only moved the fitting date back by 1 week (22 week wait). We were advised that the scaffolding company would let us know before they came to fit it. Given that we hadn't heard anything at lunchtime Sunday, the day before the panels were due to be fitted we assumed they weren't coming, but (without any phonecall) on Sunday afternoon they appeared and up it went. On the day of delivery, the installation team were great and very professional. Can't speak highly enough about them. They couldn't fit 2 of the panels because there was a problem with the corner of the roof. They also didn't have a 'dongle' which meant they couldn't commission the battery. Apparently it was due in at the end of the week. Given that it would arrive soon, I was asked if I could send payment which I did. I should have really waited until installation was complete. The dongle was fitted 2 weeks after installation in the end and scaffolding removed later that week. So, initial order to final commission of system was 24 weeks. If the review were based purely on the technical team (fitting, phone support etc) it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately this is let down by an inventory system that has not been updated to work with the current global lead times. Edit 2 - For some bizarre reason Forever Green don't give the options to put a bird cage around the panels. It's highly likely that you'll get pigeons nesting under the panels if you don't get this. If you retrospectively fit the netting, it's around £1k with more scaffolding required.

I requested a quotation from Forever Green Energy (FGE) for a PV and Battery installation. Following a short telephone discussion, they sent us a proposal. The details were easily understood and enabled me to assess their costs with another, somewhat cheaper, proposal. I quickly realised that the other firm were cheaper because the specification was less. FGE were happy to review the specification, which brought their costs to a similar level. On review, the FGE Specification was what we needed and I suspect that I would always have regretted buying the lesser spec. After a long review, we have decided to postpone our investment in PV due to affordability but I would definitely recommend FGE as a potential supplier. They have been in the business for ages and their reputation speaks for itself. If we change our minds, FGE will be the first company we contact.

The guys who work in the office were able to help with any queries I had and was just a phone call or email away if I needed anything. Would highly recommend!

After quite a long delay due to global supply chain issues, our panels and battery were installed by Forever Green. The team were very professional and helpful throughout and provided a quality job. We are very happy so far with the operation and App used for our system.

After making an initial enquiry about the viability of installing solar panels to my semi-detached Edwardian property in Cheltenham. I rang them up and was perfectly polite and I was told that they weren’t interested in installing solar panels to properties that have a slate style roof covering (which mine is). They stated that they concentrate their installations on interlocking roof tiles, as it’s easier and much quicker, and installing solar panels on a slate style roof takes twice as long. So based on this, they stated they were far, far too busy and that they couldn’t possibly, and weren’t interested! 😬 I think we could call this ‘ Slate roof discrimination’ if there is such a thing? So I found this quite annoying and frustrating. They obviously want to cherry 🍒 pick the easier jobs and not actually provide a proper customer service. Well, low and behold, despite their insistence of this policy, imagine my annoyance when I discovered they have only gone and installed a solar array on a neighbouring property on my road, and wait for it, ITS ON A SLATE ROOF!! 🫣 So, it would appear they do install on slate roofs, but I guess it depends on the mood they are in on the day, if it’s your roof, or your neighbours! I guess it’s a lottery? My advice to them is, provide a proper service to your customers! What a joke of a company. Completely unprofessional. Buyer beware.

The whole process from first contact to installation was handled in a professional manner. Ben was clearly an real enthusiast for PV generation and was very knowledgeable. The organisation of the scaffolding and the installation was efficiently done and the staff who carried out the installation were friendly and worked quickly completing the work in about half a day. I would recommend this company to others.

I had 20 panels installed on our roof. Forever Green Energy provided useful advice to help me understand the different types of panels and battery systems available. They came in with a competitive quote. They showed up when they said they would and work all happened on schedule. We haven't had any follow-up issues. I'd certainly recommend.

Perfect service, great company. I was interested in decreasing my carbon footprint as well as reducing my bills so contacted several companies that advertised solar panels and battery back-up solutions. From the initial phone call Ben and the team provided an excellent service outlining all of the options available to me to meet my goal. The clear demonstration of return-on-investment timescales and power generation made my system decision easy and I selected a large solar array and a Tesla Powerwall.  Install day went swimmingly and once all up and running the performance exceeds expectation and saves me around £1,000 per year on my energy. Installed 6kw solar panels (20 x 300w) and a 6.3Kw battery at my property in Gloucester. Excellent service throughout the process and no hard sell in sight, just useful and knowledgeable advice on technology, price and options.

Very poor service. Forever Green installed the wrong RCD equipment for my solar panels at my home and after denying there was a problem refused to install the correct equipment. It has cost me £ 206.02 to correct their error.

The salesman was knowledgeable when asked questions, didn't over do the normal 'salesman' speak. The company didn't try to force a sale and were keen to point out they can install a large variety of panels and batteries so the customer has the best choice. Their price was the most competitive of all our quotes but their overall customer service was also the best. The workman on the day were polite, tidy and the workmanship impressed. I'd highly recommend Forever Green Energy if you are considering having an installation.
