Repeatedly reported a faulty box which has been going off in the old school rooms, Bolton for over a year. Always promised a call back never hear back. As I write this the box is still going off. Useless.
We had Josh Pierre in today from Barlows for our Fire alarm , Josh was respectful and so very polite and professional and fixed our issues in a timely manner .
