Called on a Sunday for leak under the sink area. Answered whatts app quickly and arrived Monday as stated. Quick to fix. I’m 62 and I can remember when good old fashioned no nonsense great service was the norm. This company has 5* service. Highly recommend !!

Of absolute no use to me. Geezer came round, was in and out in two mins, couldnt be arsed to ascertain a potential pre consumer unit issue and dashed, telling me to "turn appliances off / on and isolate from there" (I already did this twice). You ring a leccy to fix the electric. If you cant be jeered, look at other career options. Simple stuff.

Absolutely excellent so far,they are very reliable & arrive exactly when they say take all your details & give you a quote within 2 days. So far so good.

I have had a lot of work done at various addresses by SH Electrical over the years and certainly wouldn't consider going anywhere else for Electrical, plumbing, heating etc. On Monday they replaced my old gas boiler......which they looked after for me... with a new efficient model and also installed an additional radiator in my living room. The fitting team were brilliant and the job was finished within the day. I have totally confidence as always in the standard of their work and the products supplied. Very professional company from first contact about a job by phone, through pricing and completion of work. Definitely recommend this company!!

I have used this company for a couple of jobs in the past and found them professional and reliable so when i needed a whole bathroom refurbishment i decided to go with them. I am so happy I did.. As with any big project there were a couple of issues which were quickly resolved for me. People arrived when I was told they would. The whole team I cannot fault them . Once again, we have called upon the services of SH Electrical. On this occasion it was to supply and fit a Rointe D Series 1210kw electric radiator in our hallway. This was to replace a Rointe D Series 330 watt radiator that had been installed in our new apartment, but was inadequate for the area it was to heat. The 330 watt radiator has been re-sited in our open plan living/dining/kitchen area, to supplement the radiator installed by the builder. SH Electrical, once again, did an excellent job at a realistic price.

Did a perfect job at short notice when I really needed it, for a good price, I thoroughly recommend them.

Very professional, thorough, polite, concienscious, no mess, would certainly use them again. Really impressed.

Appalling company that condone drink driving while using there work vans and disgusting behaviour from there staff. Then coward of a owner would not have the minerals to phone. Would AVOID this company !!!

Turned up to do an Electrical Certificate, paid cash on the day as was told in writing that it was what needed to be done to get a certificate issued the next day. Never got the certificate, chased them for a week and was forced to find another provider who did it within the specified time frame. Have chased them for over a month for a refund as they never bothered to send me the certificate at all. Competely useless and a scam company.

Charged over the odds for a basic part that didn't fully fix the fault then made it as difficult as possible to get them to address the matter. After the original fault wasn't fixed properly had to call out another company who advised the part wasn't earthed so potentially unsafe. Only positive was they were on time for the original call out. Wouldn't recommend.

Rang at short notice initially unable to fit me in for a couple of weeks, however later received a call they could fit me in that very day. Jamie arrived within half hour and was really polite and professional and got my hot water back on again, excellent service thank you

Emailed to arrange electrical testing and got no response - moved to another company and got immediate response.

S H Electrical just recently carried out some plumbing work in our bathroom and did a great job. All the adjustments / repairs we needed doing were carried out exactly to our requests. Special praise goes to Liam who did the work and was a pleasure to deal with. A very professional job done by a great company - will deffo be contacting these again for any future plumbing / electrical work.

SH Electrical did the plumbing and electrics for our new kitchen. They were all very professional, helpful and good-humoured, especially when small details had to change (as they inevitably do). I particularly recommend Andy the Electrician. Top bloke who went the extra mile to ensure things were done and everything was in working order at the end of each day.
