One reviewer says they were happy to answer questions and gave useful advice when help was needed using a charger.
They are knowledgable, personable and professional. They attend promptly and work efficiently.
Had a really helpful conversation with Stratus Electrical Group about EV chargers. They explained the different charging options available, what would work best for my circumstances and what to consider before getting one installed. Really knowledgeable, professional and easy to speak to. They were happy to answer all my questions and gave me some genuinely useful advice. Would definitely recommend!
Thank you so much Stratus Electrical Group for coming to our rescue yet again and installing our EV charger so efficiently and painlessly. It was such a pleasure to have you back to our home to install the charger in a professional, tidy and competent manner. No hesitation, you did a 5 star exceptional job!
Excellent! Angus an Todd were very efficient and friendly. Carried out the work within a couple of weeks and were competitively priced. I would definitely recommend Stratus Electrical for Charger Installation work.
I’m really pleased with the service I received from the team. They installed an electric vehicle charger at my home and I couldn’t fault them from start to finish. They were professional, friendly and reliable, explained everything clearly, and carried out the installation neatly and efficiently. They clearly took pride in their work and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. I’m very happy with the charger and the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and reliable electrical service.
Excellent company. From start to finish communication was brilliant plus they fit into my timetable at very short notice to fit my EV charger. A very friendly company who went the extra mile to help when through my own incompetence l struggled to use the charger. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone to carry work.
Had the team round for what i thought would be a complex job changing an old pool room into a garden room. I didn't know where to start as there was no power but Angus explained the whole thing and now we have power! Thanks to all the team for making this happen so quickly. Emily
Great company. Easy to deal with and very responsive.
We’ve worked with Stratus Electrical Group across a number of commercial, industrial and residential projects, and they have been excellent throughout. They are responsive, efficient and extremely easy to deal with. The work is consistently well organised, completed to a high standard, and they simply get on with what needs to be done without unnecessary complication. What really sets them apart is their reliability and approach. When something needs dealing with, they respond quickly, find a solution and follow it through properly. That makes a huge difference when you are managing multiple properties and projects. Genuinely one of the best contractors we work with and a company I would have no hesitation recommending. Five stars
