Redwood are always professional and extremely knowledgeable. They have completed a number of different large scale projects for us and every time we are always very pleased for the outcome.

Through my own fault, I had water drip from my shower onto the bathroom floor / landing and water had gone through the to the downstairs ceiling via a light fixture Andy came over at very short notice to resolve the problem as hoped :) Besides doing the job effectively, Andy comes across as an incredibly genuine and kind person. Obviously happy the job was done, but he was a delight to chat with during the fix! He'd be my go-to guy in future if required for emergencies or planned changes.

Andy installed an emergency lighting system in our building. This involved quoting, design, liaising with tenants, connecting neatly to a mains supply, clearing previous wiring, providing necessary EICR certification and explaining monthly and annual testing procedures. Honestly, his work could not have been bettered. Everything was handled extremely professionally and when I had additional questions he got back to me with further clear guidance. I am happy to recommend Redwood Electrical and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you, Andy.

Another great job from the boys at Redwood Electrical Services. New lights and power supplied to extension by Andy and Air Con power supplied externally/internally by Tayo & Kian. Faultless installs as usual, punctual as ever and everything left clean and tidy after, really great customer experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone look for quality electrical services.

Andy and Tayo have partnered with us now on multiple projects including large scale electrical fault finding, renewable projects and off grid generator systems. They have a desire for producing a quality of work that makes for an easy partnership and always very generous with advice and time. If you are requiring an off grid generator back up system or domestic and commercial electrical work then I would highly recommend. Very detailed, honest advice and definitely the good guys.

Redwood did a fairly unusual install for us, with a pair of gas generators as backup power for our Community Pub (The Plough in longparish, if you need a pint and hot meal during a power cut :-) ). They were very patient with us in surveying the site, accommodating our specification and working with our schedule. The quality of their workmanship is top-notch and we have been very happy! Andy Wallis of Redwood Electrical Services has come round to our house three times to fix various electrical issues we have found in the kitchen, studio, garage and the garden. He has done a fantastic professional job on each occasion and we would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable electrician.

Andy came round to look at a socket that was hanging off the wall and that my husband hadn't been able to re-attach. He was very helpful, quick and efficient and didn't try to exaggerate what needed doing. His price was OK too. I'd have no hesitation in using him again.

Andy was incredibly efficient and very professional. We had a problem with a light sensor in our office server room. We phoned Andy in the afternoon and he was at the office the following morning. He found out what the issue was, ordered a replacement part and came back in to fit it on the Saturday, outside of office hours, so there was no interruption to the business. First class service.

I have used Redwood Electrical - Andy Wallis - on a number of occasions over the last two years following a house move. I had various ideas as to what needed to be done but Andy talked me through the options and recommended other ways to achieve the desired result. As a result my costs were REDUCED. All the work was carried out on time. Andy even fed my cat when I was away from the house all day.
