Fitted a new video doorbell to mains electric supplied transformer and fitted a new ceiling light all done a timely manner. Well pleased.

We used Next Level to replace an extractor fan situated in the loft. We thought their quote was reasonable and they could do the work within our timescale. Mitchell fitted the new fan and Adam came along later to adjust the timer delay for us. Both guys came on time, were polite, presentable, and very good representatives for the business . Communication from the initial enquiry to receipt of certificates was very quick and concise. I had a faulty dimmer switch in my living room. I contacted Next Level electrics via the online contact form. I received a quote back with in the hour with availability to complete the work. Billy came round the next morning and replaced my switch. The whole process from enquiry to completion was very good. Good communication and although a small job, managed to get this completed in a quick time frame.

Nextlevel were awesome. Billy came and gave me a quote for the job, arrived on time for that and starting the work, we're clean and tidy during and after the work. This was my first time using Next Level Electrics in Bagshot. I was in a desperate need of an electrian as my upstairs lights, boiler and various other things weren’t working. Billy answered the phone and was round in about half an hour. He immediately dealt with the issue and got the power up and working. He then recommended some improvements, explaining clearly what was needed to get everything back up to 100%. Billy was back in a couple days and finished off the job. There was no hard push to get the extra work done but I wanted everything to be as good as it could be and I felt safe in Billy’s hands. I highly recommend this company and Billy to anyone. We had light leakage from our new led downlights - i.e. they glowed even when turned off. Another electrician had been unable to directly identify the problem and suggested a complete rewire costing several thousand pounds. I called Billy and he identified the problem after a couple of hours and came up with a solution to the problem. He charged about a quarter of the previous quote and no rewire was required. We've already asked him to do further works. He is very organised, clearly on top of his paperwork and diary, but best of all a very capable electrician.

Billy fitted a replacement extractor fan in my elderly grandparents bathroom. As I don’t live local, organising tradesman can be difficult. Bill from NLE has done 2 jobs for us. Installing fully remote-controlled back garden illuminations and a water feature. Excellent job all round. Next level Electrics did the first and second fix in our new kitchen. They came and looked at the job and the quote was emailed over the next day with a full breakdown of cost.
