CKW Electrical's reviewers describe a friendly and helpful service, with one person saying the electrician came the next morning as requested and another praising the communication from first enquiry to finished job. Reviewers report electrical faults being sorted, including a tripping breaker, plugs not working and burnt wiring, with one saying old cables were traced and made safe beyond the job spec. One reviewer said the company got back to a call, while another said no one returned their call and described this as bad service. Staff members Chris and Karen are named by one reviewer, who said they stuck to the quoted price after difficulties at the house.
Excellent experience and service. Had a breaker that kept tripping. So no working plugs. Spoke to a very lovely and helpful woman on the phone. The electrician came first thing the next morning. As requested. He sorted the breaker no problem, then checked the plugs. He was only here an hour. Excellent price with NO CALL OUT CHARGE!!!!!! Very friendly guy. So very very happy with the service. He's now in my contacts....just in case.
Excellent service, arrived on time, fixed the issue with (all)plug sockets not working/breaker not resetting (for me) in no time at all, and looked over/re-sorted a blanked off socket in the kitchen which I'd previously had issues with. Thumbs up from us, where others quoted astronomical service charges CKW Electrical kept it realistic and affordable. We won't hesitate calling back if ever in need.
Called but no one got back to me ,bad service in my opinion
Absolutely amazing company to deal with - Friendly, Honest, Trustworthy, Fully certified and most of all Stick to the price quoted even after Chris & Karen had a nightmare at our house! They didnt rush and spent time fixing up what other tradesmen had left behind, they traced cables that were old to make they safe even though this wasnt part of the jon spec. I will never use another electrician ever again! Absolutely Recommend 5 Stars ☆☆☆☆☆ Actually make that 6! Thank you Chris & Karen for all your hard work
Would highly recommend. Tried to install my new cooker during lock down after watching YouTube. It was not a good idea! Chris came and sorted out the burnt wiring and managed to save my new cooker and probably me too! Excellent communication from my first enquiry and job finished professionally for a good price.
Excellent sociable and helpful service, always.
Service with a smile and a nice job after we had wiring issues in the unit
