Fantastic service end to end, installing an EV charger. Came round to provide a quote, talked through what we were looking for, routes for cabling etc. Gave us great advice to check the WiFi signal where we were looking to site the unit (which turned out to be patchy). Saved us a world of pain, we made sure to get a unit supporting Ethernet which was installed with no problems. Job looks perfect, incredibly neat and tidy, all done brilliantly. Can't recommend highly enough

I just needed a dimmer switch replaced and emailed Alex as him and his Dad had previously completed satisfactory work for me. He responded soon after and arranged a time when he would contact me to give me the date he would visit. Although he said he was so busy (a good sign), that date would be in a couple of months time, he over-delivered by contacting me in a fortnight and fitting the new dimmer before Xmas. Alex did a year ago all the electrics in our newly extended kitchen/dinning + utility room and more recently in our master bedroom. And I will not hesitate any second to call him back when I'm ready for the second bedroom. Here are some of the tasks he did for us: - all the electrical prep work for our air source heat pump - lightning plans and wiring to ensure the right amount of light in the each zone with a considerate and aesthetically pleasing organisation of the downlights - wiring for sockets and 5amp lightings - wired smoke alarm system He is very thorough and professional, considerate and of very good advice. The communication to reach the best outcome was constructive and I am convinced that most traders would not have tried nearly as hard as he did to really understand us and do the right thing within budget and time. And as a bonus, he is just such a nice and positive person!
