Fabulous job completed, will recommend to anyone. BS4 electrical services ltd Leighton and Matt

I recently had Leighton from BS4 Electrical Services out to sort some tricky electrics in my kitchen in Brislington, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the first phone call, Leighton was friendly, straightforward, and gave me a clear idea of what needed doing and how much it would cost no vague answers or surprise charges. He turned up on time (actually a few minutes early), was polite, tidy, and explained everything clearly as he worked.

Absolute spot on😎👍

Absolutely outstanding service from Leighton at BS4 Electrical Services. From start to finish, everything was handled with total professionalism and attention to detail. Communication was clear, punctuality was spot on, and the quality of the work was top-notch. You can really tell he takes pride in what he does everything was completed efficiently, safely, and to a very high standard.

Very helpful and good electrician. Happy to work with them again.

What a great team - they came within an hour, really friendly and sorted my problem out straight away. Really good pricing too and top banter :) 5 stars - would definitely recommend.

What a professional. Top man and did a top job. Looked after my elderly mother properly and with respect . Recommend

Leighton carried out an EICR survey for us and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He was very professional throughout - Great communication when booking the appointment, he came when he said he would, and he did a great job.

Totally excellent service, I can’t praise this company enough. A joy to deal with, on time, polite knowledgeable staff and good value for a quality job.

I have used Leighton and his team a number of times to help upgrade my rental property, and they have always done an amazing job. Great quality workmanship, excellent communication, lots of useful advice and competitive rates. They are my go to electricians.

Highly recommended, went above and beyond to help in a urgent situation with a power issue. Advised, fixed and helped within 10 mins of calling. Top service 👍

Leighton was very knowledgeable. I received great, efficient service from him and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

I called several electricians today and this guy sounded great very polite and very helpful the price was great and a fantastic job done. 5 stars from me and will never call anyone else for any electrical work.

Great service, visited first thing and completed the fix within half an hour.

Laton was very helpful, fixed everything in timely manner. Much appreciated

They came out as an emergency for us on a Sunday and sorted our electrics out for our daughter's hydro pool. Very friendly and done what was asked off them. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future. Thank you so much

Installed my Ev charger, professional and affordable. Thank you!!

Excellent service, I highly recommend!

Leighton was my actual hero when a defective smoke alarm starting making a continuous noise. Fast efficient emergency call out, and swift follow up the week after. Lovely chap, great customer service and a decent price to boot. Highly recommended!

I can’t recommend this company highly enough! He recently replaced my shower and the whole experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Leighton was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, made sure all the electrics were safe and up to standard, and worked efficiently without cutting any corners. The installation was neat, tidy, and completed to an exceptionally high standard. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy electrician, look no further. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again. Highly recommended!

They promised to come between 9 and 9.30am this morning. An electrical fault had cut out our boiler, so no hot water, no central heating. They didn't turn up, and I haven't heard a word from them.

Wow, what an amazing company!! I really cannot think of anything bad to say about them. Leighton, the owner is so kind, friendly and helpful, let alone being very knowledgable, efficient and experienced! His colleaque is the same. They removed a storage heater and installed an infarred heater instead and they did this in 40 minutes! They also charged me much less then other companies I got quotes from and they kindly said I could contact them again if I have any questions a tall. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bristol area needing any electrical job done and they will definately be the first electricians I choose next time. Thank you so much Leighton and co!!

Fantastic guys - 150% work ethic, good fun, nothing too much trouble & they really really care - not just about the job in hand but about the people they work for. Clear communication & upfront costs. Call them! Ours started as an urgent job for my elderly mother before xmas to which Leighton & team responded immediately, rescheduling other jobs to attend. The situation escalated significantly as they uncovered major wiring damage in the walls. Their response was incredible, moving heaven & earth to ensure my mother was safe and taken care of and the job was completed. Total commitment. We are so very grateful and have no hesitation in recommending them

This man is outstanding!! He came out a and rescued my tenants on Christmas day when the power had failed to their boiler. He was incredibly well priced and was upfront about all off the costs before the job. He even went above and beyond the workaround we agreed on the phone and fixed it permanently. So many of other the emergency numbers spoof Bristol phone numbers and are really call centers that route jobs to local traders at a massive premium. BS4 Electric are genuinely local and will always use them in future.

Brilliant service! Leighton was honestly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Such a sound guy and saved us on Christmas Day! Highly recommend 👊🏼👊🏼

Called this guy out with issue with electrics at home. He charged me £170, £75 call out and the rest for fault finding. He solved nothing and left, even took the front off the boiler with my agreement but left with it off. Asked 3 times for an invoice with absolutely no response what so ever. Don’t use ….

I cant not thank Leighton enough for coming and rectifing another company's mistakes. He was very professional and polite and clean, answered all my questions. Nothing was to much trouble for him, will most definitely 100% recommend to anyone Thank you Leighton

Leighton? More like Late ‘Un. Booked twice for an electrical inspection. Didn’t show up both times. DO NOT USE THIS ELECTRICIAN. HE’S AN ABSOLUTE WASTER!!! You are a lier!! You failed to turn up the previous Tuesday then offered Sunday as it was the only day you said you had free before Christmas. You don’t deserve any customers. You’re a waste of space and a waste of time!! AVOID THIS JOKER AT ALL COSTS!!!

Avoid using this tradesman. He’s proven to be extremely unreliable and caused far more problems than he solved. There are much better electricians around!!

Had an emergency call out. After taking to Leighton to get it booked he was at my property within 30 minutes of our call. He carried out the repair and was done within 30 minutes of him being there. The part that was fitted was broken but it was a fix that meant we had lights on in our house. He came out the next day and replaced the fitting with a new one at now extra charge. Leighton was incredibly friendly and helpful, I can’t recommend him enough. Not only that but also incredibly competitive price and great service! Will be recommending him to anyone in need of an electrician!

Leighton and his colleague came today after getting in touch with them the day before I am a disabled lady and required them to fit a hob and oven On a adjustable worktop They explained what they needed to do gave me a good price and did the work there and then After making a few adjustments to the worktop They have fitted the oven and Ihob well above my expectations Leighton and hs colleague were friendly polite and did a amazing job Would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again without hesitation Thank you Leighton Maxine West

Couldn’t speak higher of BS4 Electrical - turned up when they said they would - came prepared - got the job sorted right away! Top guys!

Leighton was a no-show to look at a job on two occasions. The first I had to chase him, and he told me he would visit us on another date, which turned out to be also a no-show. Text him 1.5 hrs after he was supposed to attend to remind him but no reply. EDIT: So his response below says he was 'burrying his mum' - thats not what he said at the time! Following the first no-show (without notice), he re-arranged to visit us in Weston-Super-Mare on Sat 4th October, as he planned to attend the local beach race. The race got cancelled, and he didn't show up. Coincidence?

Can not thank Leighton enough for saving us this evening, My power kept tripping during my daughters birthday sleepover and I could not get it to stay. Called Leighton, in a bit of a state (pregnancy hormons make me batty) and he was out within 40 minutes and got the power back on, he's an absolute life saver. My daughter is very happy that her party can continue and I am now calm. Thank you so much!.

Leighton was brilliant in sorting out a problem with the supply to the garage which meant my garage door wouldn’t open and I was stuck!! He even offered to help with my flat tyre! He also did a couple of other fixes around the place. Very personable and efficient and good at explaining what’s going on and what the solution could be! Highly recommend and will be my go to electrician from now on.

Great service, very prompt call out. Very helpful fully recommended

Leighton has been brilliant helping us resolve an issue with loose connections in our lights in a holiday property in peak holiday season! He knew exactly what the issue was, resolving the problem very quicky. We are very grateful to have found his contact details on Google and will be using him in the future for our electrical issues. Really helpful and friendly, I would highly recommend BS4 Electrical services.

Turned up on time was very professional and polite

Came quickly, sorted issue for a good temp fix to keep us going. As soon as replacement part arrived he sorted the issue and gave good follow up advice and guidance. Top man. Thanks Leighton 😊

Excellent bloke, he was here within the hour and diagnosed and fixed the fault in less than 30 minutes. 10/10 would recommend 😊

top bloke helped me when there was struggle

Leighton was so friendly and understanding when our flat experienced a fire and made the room and flat electrical circuits safe again. He explained what he was doing, how it affected future work and gave us a brilliantly competitive quote. BS4 Electric will be our go-to from now on.

Thank you for coming and helping us out so quickly. I will definitely use your services again when needed.

Really great customer service, very polite and kind. If you want class electricians, Bs4 electrical has them.

Highly recommended friendly professional breakdown job excellent put you at ease⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

BS4 electrical is a great service. Leighton is very y friendly and would 100% recommend to family and friends!!

Brilliant company couldn't recommend more.

I contacted Leighton of BS4 electricals for a blown plug socket at my 92 year old mothers house. Not only was his response very quick and his work more than satisfactory and to a high standard. But what compelled me to write this review was the fact he stayed with her for a cup of tea and a chat and refused to charge her a single penny for the work carried out despite her insistence. A thoroughly decent chap and a rare reminder there is still good folk out there who will go beyond selflessly. Would not hesitate to contact again.

Very friendly and professional service

Top man. Quick, sorted the problem no messing about and will use his service again.

I would highly recommend Leighton, really genuine nice guy really friendly, would definitely contact him again

Very unreliable. You give him your details of the work and send him photos.he promised to visit you in the evening.but never turned up Noteven a phone call. Then you try a couple of days later but no phone or reply

Couldn't ask for a better service from Leighton today. Genuinely nice guy and carried out the work professionally and quickly even giving us tips on how to manage small work by ourselves in the future. Will be recommending to others.

Leighton came out on an emergency call out and was there within an hour. Friendly as soon as he showed up and jumped straight into work. Found the fault efficiently and fixed it even quicker. Was great to have a chat with and very knowledgeable. Seemed to really enjoy his job and nothing felt like a problem for him. Would highly recommend.

We lost power to our sockets and heating. Layton turned up as soon as he could, quickly homed in on the problem and fixed it. Along with another problem we were having while he was at it. Highly recommended!

Leighton and Liz did an amazing job putting electrics in my garage. They were conscientious, hard-working, with great communication and really made the experience a positive one. Genuinely lovely people - and the garage looks brilliant! Absolutely recommended! Thanks again.

Great service and communication from Leighton. Really pleased with the rewiring of the bathroom and new lights installed in both the bathroom and bedroom. Carried out the work quickly and kept all areas tidy. We have booked him in again for another job. Highly recommended!

Leighton rewired our kitchen and installed all new appliances. Installed some outside lights aswell. Professional and friendly. Will highly recommend!!

Totally unreliable. Hasn’t responded to any messages and won’t sent a itemised quote. Recommended a plasterer who arrived intoxicated and who harasses the customer for work. Look Leighton up on companies house - has changed company name several times and is overdue with his taxes. Avoid at all costs

I am honestly so impressed and happy with BS4 Electrical! Leighton has been nothing short of a miracle for us the past few days. We have had some builders in and on both occasions they have mucked up dome electrics, at one point leaving some wires in quite a dangerous state. Leighton was quick to respond and was able to fit us in very quickly and he gave us a great price. Such a friendly and personable guy as well. We will definitely look no further than BS4 Electrical for any and all electrical needs from now on!

These boys are the business! We’re (BTap) as a company are renovating a property ! But ended up needing a lot of electrical work done ! There was no job to big ! All done to Regs and quality finish! All new breakers RCBs and a full rewire! Just can’t compliment them enough. Great Electrical knowledge! Fantastic workmanship! Outstanding communication!

Excellent service. Called and seen the same afternoon. Will definitely use again.

Highly recommend. I had some exposed wiring and they got here in about 30 mins. Very friendly and very reasonable

These guys really saved my bacon today!! Nothing worked, nothing. They were so professional and explained everything to me. They really are the best.

Really efficient service and very decent price , would recommend to all ! Will definitely use again for next job

Installed a kitchen light and did extra work when asked with no issue and as it was small no extra charge. Professional, polite, friendly, and funny, would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Great job running an EV charger under some floorboards and out round the back garden. Couldn't have asked for better service, less than 2 weeks from first call to job finished. Class work lads

Excellent service and very friendly and jolly blokes who solved our problem in minutes.

The service was impeccable, the engineers were caring and so so helpful, and nothing was to much trouble. I highly recommend this company I would have given them 10 stars 🌟

The nicest tradespeople I have ever had at home. Respectful, professional and seem like they truly care about their work. They also did a great tidy up when the work was finished. Will definitely use them again.

We contacted BS4 Electrical Services to install some lights, a cooker, hood and to renew our EICR report with subsequent remediation work. Leighton was quick and flexible, we have had him out at the site 4-5 times since before Christmas and wuld 100% recommend, very happy thank you!

I got in touch with BS4 Electrical about doing some PAT testing, and they were absolutely brilliant. Leighton was incredibly helpful, responded really quickly, and went out of his way to help. He was also super friendly! I’d definitely recommend BS4, and would get in touch with them again for any electrical services, without a doubt.

Excellent service, emergency call out, attended promptly and sorted problem efficiently. Thank you so much. Will definitely be using them again.

Outstanding work! Super quick response. Went above and Beyond. Will definitely recommend Thanks again 👍🏻

Great service. Arrived very promptly, late on a Saturday night when our house flooded and caused us to have a power cut. We were very worried as students renting from a student landlord but everything was sorted quickly.

Leighton came at very short notice to fit my new cooker. He was here withing 2 hours of enquiry and was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be calling on him again when I next need an electrician. Great standard of work. Highly recommended.

Really impressed with Leighton and his team. We had an electrical problem over the Christmas holiday period that left our packed refrigerator without power. Leighton came out that same evening to help, then returned with two others to sort everything out the next day. They were hardworking, professional, and determined to get to the root cause of the problem, which they did -- and they resolved it in a minimally invasive way. If we need an electrician again, Leighton will be our first call.

Very professional Company that take it's time to attend to its customers needs. I had my speakers and sound equipment PAT tested and BS4 Electrical Services staff was very quick and efficient and went way above the call of duty to keep to the time scale they were given to to finish the Job that they were given. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone because they are available around the clock, sometimes on very short notice and they are very cost effective with their work. I'll definitely be using them in my other future endeavours.

BS4 Electrical Services Ltd were contacted late Friday evening, and Leighton came out really quickly on Saturday afternoon to repair 3 worn out light fittings in the hallway. He assessed the light fittings and replaced the broken ones. He also went above and beyond what was required today, by replacing broken light switches, installing new bulbs in all lighting and also taking down an old chandelier which was broken and installing a replacement light. Leighton also suggested testing the smoke alarms and put a new one that I had previously bought but was unable to fit myself. I really appreciate the time and effort that Leighton spent today, he was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you very much, I fully recommend BS4 Electrical Service, a 5 star business.

I've had Aaron complete some electrical works for me recently. Absolutely brilliant job from start to finish. Thank you very much. I will try to remember to post some photos soon.

Leighton is such a lovely, down to earth guy and will go out of his way for you. He has completed loads of quality work in my house at a reasonable price and always discusses with you the best options and does what is best and most cost effective. Really pleased with all the work he has done for me so far. Top man. Highly recommended.

Thank you!!

Called gone 6pm due to an electrical issue that felt like it needed urgent attention. Call was answered and appointment booked in for the next day. Very professional and friendly service. Identified the problem and did some upgrades to the plug sockets and fuse box. Very rarely do you get this type of speedy and professional service from a trades person. Very impressed.

Great service from them. Came in, got straight to work and got the work done very fast, no issues. I was on a call at the time but he was happy to simply crack on with it. Lights are shining bright in kitchen again. Leighton was very friendly and chatty. Not sure what benefits you give your workers but make sure he’s rewarded for his work!

Had Aron out in 40 minutes after making my call! He was fantastic and worked really hard to get my power back on! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Recently moved to Somerset with my folks and the new house needed extra sockets in the rooms and one for outdoor use. Called up these folks and they came out quickly, very friendly bunch, explained all that needed doing, and they started work straight away. After they came back from lunch, they got us some fancy donuts which was so lovely of them. The new electrical panel looks great, and the new sockets are just what we wanted. Sods law after they had finished they're work and we're heading home our boiler wouldn't turn on, messaged the folks and one of the guys came back and sorted the issue out. Just to say thank you for for all you work yesterday. And an even bigger thanks for bringing puppy Rocko, not seen dad smile like that in a long time 🤗 Will be in touch when we're ready to get garage sorted!

Very good high recommended. Very polite and generous. Very happy customer

I randomly noticed details of BS4 Electrical Services Ltd advertised outside their site! In the space of 24 hrs, I got in touch with them, received and answer, had an engineer attending my property for an initial screening, and I got the repairs successfully completed! Definitely recommended 😊 Polite and professional staff, great communication and competitive price. Do not hesitate!

I was really struggling to get an electrician near me in Bath who was willing to do a handful of jobs I needed done. Access and parking at my flat are challenging. Leighton was brilliant and completed all the electrical work quickly, neatly and without any fuss. All mess was cleaned up. His pricing was good and represented value.
