I have a Rointe water heater (aka boiler) which broke down and left me without hot water. I found Steffan via Rointe’s website & he came out the next morning, fixed the problem but also gave me advice on the boiler, what I need to do in the future and explained about many different electrical problems & solutions in my flat as I was about to sell. 10/10 recommend!

Steff and his team have just completed some remedial work at my flat to bring it up to current specs. This included among other things completing the new Landlords Installation Report, installing a new consumer unit, new lighting in the lounge and bathroom, extraction in the bathroom and a host of smaller jobs to make sure that the flat not only passed the inspection now but it was pretty much future proof. From first contact to job completion Steff was very professional, clear and concise about what was need and how they were going to complete each aspect of the job. The quote was very reasonable and they were very considerate of that fact that this was somebodies home as well as job. I was very impressed with how tidy they kept the place as they worked and the place was immaculate when they finished. A job well done! Thank you.

I text Badger Electrical on Boxing day having experienced a sudden loss of electricity with the sockets on Christmas day. I received a phone call within an hour. We received excellent, clear suggestions over the phone as Stefan was away and therefore unable to come to the property. His advice worked out perfectly and power was restored. I would certainly recommend this business and will be happy to use Stefan again.

Would highly recommend. Came back from a weekend away late on a Monday evening to find electrics out. Having done everything he could to diagnose the problem over the phone (to avoid cost), he came over and efficiently found the problem and rectified it. What I really appreciated was that he explained everything he was doing as he went along. I paid what I thought was a fair price given the call-out time, the time to diagnose and fix the issue, and his level of professionalism and courteousness. I would definitely use again for any electrical work. Thank you!
Yes, Stephan is your man. Helpful, tries to save you cash by suggesting things to avoid a call out. Then comes and does the job at reasonable rates.
We called out Badger Electrical on a Sunday, during a bank holiday weekend, as we had no electric. The electrician talked us through some simple things to check while we were on the phone, to try to avoid any unneccessary call out, and after ruling out any simple issues he visited us about an hour later. He found the problem quite quickly, explained the options we had and had the parts available to sort it straight away. Considering the time taken to complete the work, the parts we needed and the fact he'd come out quickly on a Sunday, we were happy that what we were charged was a very reasonable price. We would definitely use him again, and would happily recommend to others.
