David Rann of Smart Power Electrical Ltd fitted our Tesla Wall Connector and the Pen Loss Detection unit which we needed for our Tesla. David turned up at the time agreed and was very efficient sorting out with us where to install each of the two units. When he had finished the installation he then connected our Tesla Apps to the Wall Connector. This was not straight forward and we were impressed by his knowledge to get the Apps connected. David then demonstrated how we should use the Tesla Wall Connector. We found the service provided professional and efficient.

Would highly recommend this company. Great communication. Neat tidy worker.

David fitted my original Tesla wall charger 5 years ago and when this failed and needed changing, he did so in short time and with no fuss and bother. He is an expert fitter and all is well again. I would certainly recommend him to others.

David is absolutely first class! Brilliant at answering emails and being patient. Helped me through the process of getting my EV charger fitted. Started the process in September 2021 with David's help, charger live July 2022! Now that's not David's fault but entirely down to ENWL being absolutely rubbish at getting my supply upgraded. David's work is first class, you might get cheaper but you wont get a job done like this.

Would happily recommend Smart Power. Great communications from the start and managed to accommodate our installation at short notice.

David replaced an old EV charger for us (we had also called upon him 7 years ago, when we got our first Tesla). He is very professional, knows what he is doing (that is probably why he was recommended to us by Tesla themselves at the time) and quick. He is also very friendly, which I consider a bonus these days! I recommend using them warmly!

Excellent service from David Rann. The installation happened on time with minimal fuss. His diligence and advice before the job started saved me the pain of having to install a new cable feed to my garage. I highly recommend his services for EV home charger projects.

I didn’t want any unnecessary wiring on show, and David said that was no problem, as we could install all the wiring on the other side of the wall (in my case, that was the garage). Needed an EV charger installed. David initially responded quickly and during the whole process his communication was excellent. Not having installed a charger before David sent through some links with explainers and answered all the questions I had. He managed to fit me in the day before my car arrived and had no issues with me wanting the wiring to go under the floor whereas others refused or had conditions attached. No such issues with David. Based on my experience, I would happily recommend and can say why my Tesla dealership recommended him.

Brilliant coms - quick clean efficient service. David is a really good trustworthy guy. Very happy with installation.

Smart Power Electrical have undertaken EV charging point installations for me twice with a four year gap between jobs. On both occasions I have found them immediately responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and effective. The work has been undertaken on time, the charger installed quickly and efficiently without fuss or mess, and the work appears (as far as a non-electrician can judge) to be top rate - certainly the first charger has operated without problem in daily use for a number of years. Highly recommended.

I very rarely give 5 star reviews unless I receive extraordinary service and this is exactly what I got from David at Smart Power Electrical. In an age where tradesmen are more hit and miss than Paul Pogba, David was a stand out. I contacted him with 2 days to fit an EV charger to make use of the govt grant and he bent over backwards to accommodate me. Emailing me way into the evening to ensure we got it sorted. He received the same payment as he would have if he waited, excellent service and would have him back in a heartbeat.

Can't recommend David enough, easy to deal with and really fast with both email and telephone responses. Nothing on the day was a issue and we had to route our cable through a few different areas which aren't the easiest to work within nor was it particularly close to the main box, nothing was a problem though and everything was carried out in professional and timely manner, would certainly recommend for anyone wanting a EV charger install. It was a tricky for us to have a charger installed, as we needed the charger on the opposite side of the house to where the supply comes in, which meant drawing cables up through the attic and over the house. Cannot fault his dedication to his customers. Thanks very much.

Very organised and professional in sorting out dates and times for installation, and David was great help in getting the charger for me after Tesla had messed up my order. Rob did the actual installation, and was again very friendly and clearly took great pride in his work. It was a tricky installation as the cable had to be routed from a tanked cellar, involving getting through the stud walls. Rob did this by making only two tiny holes which he then plugged, so only a couple of spoons of Polyfilla will be necessary to finish the job, which even I can manage. The charger itself is perfectly placed, and so I am more than happy to strongly recommend Smart Power for their excellent service

From first point of email contact to quote, fitting and saying goodbye Dave was absolutely exceptional. Outstanding communication, delivered exactly what i needed for the charging solution and on the day of installation could not have been more professional. A credit to electricians everywhere and to Tesla.

Great service and communication. A really excellent job.

Very knowledgeable, arrived on time and carried out the installation really nicely.

Really pleased with the excellent service provided by David at Smart Electrical in installing my Tesla charger. David was very responsive to my initial questions over email, quick to find a convenient installation date and I found him to be very reliable. Would definitely recommend David!

David provided a fantastic service. Great communication. Lovely guy. A fair and helpful original quote & site visit - lots of great advice and insight. Efficient and high quality fitting of my Tesla charger. Tidy, well executed and polite throughout. Highly recommended A*!

these guys are great, explain what they're doing, the options you have and a quick easy installation. brilliant!

David was very professional from first contact. He did a wonderful job fitting the Tesla wall charger. No sign of wires on the wall, as they were all run through the wall cavity. Highly recommended. Thanks

Very professional from the outset. David took the time to advice me over the phone. He then did a site survey (which was free and with no pressure to commit to a purchase). On the day of fitting. David was on time, the job was completed and the area left tidy. David went on to give me practical advice on how best to adjust our daily routine to fit in with owning/charging a electric vehicle. Post sales support continued after the fitting with David ever ready to offer advice by way of phone support. In essence, it was a pleasure employing David and his team @ Smart Power Electrical Ltd.

Fantastic and friendly service from David at Smart Power Electrical. Superb fitting of my new electric car charger. Very neat job. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended. David clearly loves doing a job well. Some very useful advice given. Friendly, punctual and efficient. In our case, went above and beyond to get the right solution for us. Hassle free and looks great.

David did great work installing my Tesla charger, even though it was pouring down with rain the whole time! Highly recommended.

David was a pleasure to deal with from the moment I contacted him - efficient communications and did a great job onsite - very impressed and thank you!

David was very helpful and knowlegable about EV chargers. Our house layout is a bit awkward but David installed the charge point with ease and all his work was very neat and tidy. Would highly reccomend.

David is very knowledgeable and provided a great service and a great price.

Excellent service, very helpful, good communication. Would highly recommend.

Great service installing my Tesla charger. Really neat. Highly recommend David.

This is the second unit David has fitted at our house. David is very knowledgeable, polite and courteous. Very pleasant to talk to. Very prompt and his work is very neat. He demonstrated all the features of the unit and left the place tidy. Highly recommended.

This is the second time that David Rann has bailed me out of a sticky situation. My first Rolec charger blew a fuse (well known fault) eighteen months ago and he fixed it under warranty in no time. Two days ago, unfortunately the casing fell apart. I rely on it to charge my EV daily so rang him in a panic and he immediately replied. He then came out first thing on Bank Holiday Monday to install the new charger! Very pleased with the new unit, looks fantastic. Amazing service, can’t fault him at all. I thoroughly recommend David Rann and Smart Power Electrical.

David installed a replacement wall connector for me within 24 hours of receiving it. Fantastic service, super quick. Can highly recommend.

Excellent service fitting our Tesla Wall chargers - thank you

Quick response. Site visit and installation arranged without any issues. Felt the whole process was straightforward

Great guy and really tidy work. Had my home EV charger installed and it is exactly what I asked for and for a good price. Highly recommend, Thanks Brad

I would highly recommend the services of Smart Power Electrical. David dealt with my Tesla charger installation with a thorough eye for detail and an excellent standard of delivery. My barn conversion offered a very challenging and unusual installation. Rather than taking the easy route to installation, David's only priority was working in a way that optimised the quality of end delivery, despite it taking longer and requiring additional trips to Screwfix! Thank you David, Great job.

EV charger down. David from SmartPower Electrical came out the very next morning to resolve blown RCB. Great service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

David is very professional, friendly and helpful person. He has done my Tesla Wall connector installation in very short notice. Installation is super clean. He has helped me beyond what he is suppose to serve, my charger lost power after smart meter installation, David just came very next morning and fixed it straight away. Brilliant work, would highly recommend him. Thanks Ash

Dave is super professional, personable and gets my full endorsement.

Excellent job done by David. Knowledgeable, polite, and very tidy. Would definitely recommend to anyone out there.

A pleasure to deal with. Work delivered without fuss and to my requirements. He was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of options and took me through the options in a simple manner.

Cannot recommend David highly enough, very helpful and accommodating, skilled, knowledgeable and very personable. Work is carried out to a high professional standard, listens and advises on your requirements or needs. I’m a fussy customer but he is always happy to accommodate or suggest an alternative. Has carried out a lot of work for me and I’m still planning more for him.

Highly recommended, high quality work and will spend the extra time to make sure the job is completed to a perfect standard.

David is very professional and knowledgeable. All work carried out to a very high standard within a stated timeframe. He is polite and courteous - and tidy! He also liaised well with other trades during our building work. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him and would certainly contact him again for all future electrical works.

Great job. Well done. Clean and tidy to. Would recommend to friends and family.
