Full marks for JS ELECTRICAL, who I contacted for help with a problem affecting electricity supply to garden outlets. What I thought would be a relatively simple fix turned out to be a mystery, but Jack got to the bottom of it and the job was soon done. Jack was punctual, sociable and professional. He'd be my first stop if ever I need a reliable electrician in the future.

Jack installed our EV charger. His work was super, he is professional, always available to help me with any requests and helpful with any of my doubts. Can't recommend enough.

Jack Stacey came to our East Herts cottage some days ago to wire up some outbuildings, and we were delighted with him and his work. Jack spent four days here last week working on the electrics in our new home. He fixed/ resolved outstanding issues and replaced some components. He also carried out a comprehensive electrical report on the property which itemized specific issues still in need of improvement. He is diligent, thorough, professional, friendly and courteous. In short, he is a first-rate electrician.

Always reliable, tidy and friendly. I highly recommend Jack for pretty much any electrical installation. He's priced fairly and transparently - not the cheapest option but you very much get what you pay for.

While Jack was working at our house he was always on time, polite and a very clean and tidy worker. He was able to advise and make recommendations. Very impressed with their service. Visit to provide estimate was punctual and attentive. Quotation for work again provided very promptly unlike another supplier considered. Very happy to recommend even though we're still undecided which exact work to have done hence the 'no' response. Please don't regard that as any dissatisfaction with their services

We highly recommend this company. The advice given is honest, the charges are fair and the workmanship top level.

Would not hesitate to recommend him, and am glad I have a go to electrician should I have any electrical needs in the future!!

I would have no hesitation contacting Jack for any future electrical jobs and give him a 5 star recommendation. .

Very good

Jack was very efficient and professional in fixing a difficult electrical problem we had, leaving us with no power. Whereas, previous electricians had been unable to solve the problem and had given up.

This was a relatively small job for Jack but as well as always turning up on time (rare with other contractors) he is meticulous in his work and his charges are reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Thoroughly recommend Jack, he is a neat and thorough professional electrician.

JS Electrical are very professional, tidy, takes pride in the work and are very responsive. They helped us during a renovation to replace all the Light switches, power sockets and lighting taking care of everything - except choosing the lights of course. Jack also done a thorough review of our electrical set up, which we knew needed modernisation, and I'm looking forward to him sorting out our electrics and hopefully installing our EV Charger. Good electricians are hard to find so glad I called JS Electrical.

Excellent service, very tidy good work, thoroughly recommend.

I called JS Electrical to set up a few external sockets, who were able to visit the next day. Within hours I had a quote and a date for the installation. Other than running the armoured cable underground, setting up the external sockets, and hooking up some outdoors items in a safe manner, Jack also found and resolved some risks with the existing setup. Overall a very straightforward and pleasant experience. I'd be happy to call again next time.

Very professional reliable service. Very clean working. I would highly recommend

Jack was very efficient and quick at diagnosing the problem and explained the issue clearly. I would use him again.

Jack completed a thorough review of my wiring and systems. He is always professional and is great to work with. A very polite gentleman, I would recommend him to anyone!

The name on review is a pseudonym I use for privacy. This is a REAL review. It was only a small job replacing a shower pull cord switch but Jack responded to my call promptly and the job was done within a few days.. He carried the work out efficiently and effectively and left the work area clean and tidy. Will use him again.

Very pleased to have found Jack. I will be keeping the company details handy for any future electrical work. I found Jack to be personable, knowledgable, punctual and very neat in his work. Jack resolved our issue, labelled our system for ease in the future and also tidied up some of the wires left after work by a previous company. It is difficult to find good tradesmen these days so I'm relieved to have stumbled upon JS Electrical. 5 out of 5. Would recommend.

I would highly recommend Jack. He was consultative, knowledgeable and flexible when discussing the works required. When it came to doing the job itself, he turned up on time and simply got on with the job. He has been a pleasure to deal with and the work itself is of a very high standard. Additional positives of note - he works quietly and effectively and most impressive of all - he was tidy and thorough! Thanks again Jack. Much-appreciated. We will defo be in touch again in the future.

Jack fitted two extractor fans in our home. He is polite friendly and professional. I would strongly recommend his services.

I had JS Electrical fit my new heating along with testing the electrics in my house. Outstanding service and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend JS to anyone.

Last year JS Electrical fitted an extractor fan in my bathroom and down lights in my lounge. I was really pleased with what Jack did. I found him polite, punctual, reliable and knowledgeable. He was happy to give electrical advice and help me select the products he fitted. It’s worth noting as well that he is extremely tidy and cleans up any mess he makes. Recently I had some other electrical jobs that needed doing. I had no hesitation in getting Jack back to complete them. I had some electrical products that needed PAT testing and an issue with a cooker tripping out. As a result I ended up having all my electrics checked and he identified a couple of issues that needed attention. This included hard wiring in a couple of smoke alarms. All issues were resolved and he provided the same excellent service as before. I felt comfortable leaving him in the house alone while I went off to work. Good trades people are very difficult to find but Jack is an excellent contact for electrical work. I’d have no hesitation recommending Jack or giving him a 5 star review.

Jack is highly professional and qualified electrician. we had underfloor electric heating installed with new dedicated circuit. he laid down the mat with thorough planning and execution. His workmanship is excellent and reasonably priced. I will strongly recommend him for any electrician job.
