I phoned in an emergency; they gave me advice over the phone which helped hugely without even being asked to come to the house. Fantastic kindness, service and support and will use in the future.

Thank you for an excellent job bringing our fuse box up to date. Would recommend to anyone needing a good electricion.

Outstanding efficient service with transparency for cost. Wall plug socket replaced in less than an hour as assessed over the phone.

I cannot recommend highly enough. We lost all power last weekend and in a household with medical dependencies you can imagine how worried we were. They attended within a couple of hours and restored power on a temporary measure. They returned a few days later and fitted a new fuse board and left us safe and secure. During the week we received emails and updates and felt reassured that everything was being taken care of, brilliant service!

Great service, would recommend.

Baskal electrics saved the day. When the bathroom light decided to blow up this weekend. Managed to get a same day call out to check it out but as it was late Saturday and shops were closed Monday morning they got a new fixture ordered and we now have lights again in our bathroom. Thanks guys for your help and going the extra mile Saturday end of the day to attend my property.

15.02.2024 Cagan came to six of our HMO properties for Emergency lighting certs, Fire alarm certs and EICR's. I did not know this electrician I posted an add on my builder. I was very pleased with his work, very efficient and very knowledgeable. Gave me a good price turned up on time and received all of the eleven certificates a couple of days later. Very impressed would recommend. Thank you Cagan. Regards Sheron P.A to Chris Johnson, Landlord.
