RCD tripped on December 31st. After patiently guiding me over the phone in an attempt to restore my power, nothing worked. They showed up the next day, January 1st, when usually nothing moves and sorted the issue. Very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Cannot thank you enough for the provided service.
Although he couldn’t attend in person due to the late hour, he kindly offered to guide me through the issue via video call instead. He was very professional, patient, and clear with his explanations, and in the end we successfully solved the problem with my tripped fuse box. Very good service provided. They carried out emergency remedial work required to obtain a positive EICR at a short notice, they are professional,though some care could be taken to leave the place tidy and dispose off the nuts, bolts, screws and fuse pieces for future etc however this is minimal. I would recommend them and may be use again in the future If needed. S Sangle

Muhammad re-wired my house in 2018. I was very pleased with the quote and the quality of the work. I will be having a new kitchen fitted at the end of the month and needed sockets fitted for the new design. I also wanted a new socket fitted in my bedroom. I would only ever trust Muhammad to do my electrical work. I have recommended him to a neighbour who is in need of an electrician.
Aalyan and his partner did a great job, putting in my new cooker hood. They even cleaned up after themselves once they'd finished. They did a wonderful job, I'd definitely use electrical folk again.

The owner is very knowledgeable & professional in his trade and kept me updated on the works. They managed to finish everything to a very high standard and within the time frame & budget. I have never entertained the thought of using any other electrical contractor.
I used Electrical Folks to do the electrical works on the renovation of my house. They did a complete refit of all new electrical connections throughout the house as well as cat5 and outdoor lighting. The experience throughout was professional, friendly and flexible. From advising us on do's and don't on day one all the way through to installing all our lights, every interaction has been positive and left me happy.
