Completely ignored me. Would I recommend? Of course not. You would think that businesses would be much smarter than they are. Ignorance from one is money in someone’s else’s pocket. I contacted a different electrician the same day and he came out the next day to get the job done. In hindsight im glad he ignored me because now I’ve found my go to electrician who I will use every time. He provided a service this company couldn’t offer.

Muhammad idrees installed my boiler and radiator, this installation is through eco 4 scheme , they were fast and efficient through the days they came and worked and I have no problems with my boiler and radiators now. I highly recommend.

FRAUDSTERS!! Trade under James Electrical 24H under Google. Called out yesterday said we had a loose wire in the fuse box when it was actually the dishwasher tripping the electrics. £290 later they haven’t sent the invoice by email, won’t call me back or refund me. I’m willing to pay their emergency call out charge but nobody will speak to me to deal with this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
