We chose Install Plus to fit our Wren kitchen, and Rich has done such an amazing job, completing the whole project from start to finish to a very high standard. From the very beginning, Rich was efficient, hardworking, professional, and always punctual. He was also very personable, which made the whole process feel easy and comfortable from day one. He kept us updated throughout and was always quick to respond whenever we had any questions or queries. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He was always reassuring and helpful, which made the whole experience so much less stressful. The finish and attention to detail are outstanding, and you can really see the quality of his workmanship in every part of the kitchen. He has truly done justice to the design, and we’re so happy with how beautifully it has all come together. Jordan also did a brilliant job with the painting and decorating. He was punctual, hardworking, neat, and tidy, and his work really completed the final look perfectly. We would happily recommend Install Plus to our family and friends. Rich singlehandedly transformed our kitchen. It was a very pain-free experience, where we provided him with the kitchen plans (which I had designed on the Ikea kitchen planning tool), obtained a quote, and once all the materials had arrived, he got to work. He followed the plan perfectly. He was very clean and tidy, really hard working, excellent communicator, and a real perfectionist. Our quartz company complimented the install when they came to measure up for the worktops and splash backs. I've had many contractors over the years, and Rich is easily among the very best. He said he doesn't do bathrooms anymore, but if he did, he'd be my top choice.

Rich at Install Plus installed our kitchen recently and he was excellent from our first contact until completion of the job. He replied to emails, gave us a quote and checked the plans before starting work. The standard of Rich’s work was excellent and he went above and beyond eg by crafting part of a door frame out of the skirting board which was no longer required. He worked extremely hard and was always a pleasure to deal with. We would have no hesitation in recommending him as a kitchen fitter.

Whole heartedly recommend Rich. Prompt and easy to communicate with throughout, when he came to view my kitchen before the install he highlighted some things that needed to be changed in the design, this was then rectified by Wren before I ordered my kitchen. The installation was to the highest standard, a few items arrived incorrect from Wren and there was a delay in delivery but Rich was incredibly patient and arranged a time to finalise the install around my schedule.

He is a total professional who gave fantastic and useful advice on my kitchen plan , which made up my mind to hire him for the job. Throughout the two weeks he arrived on time, worked hard and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. I would highly recommend Rich, to anyone thinking of getting their kitchen done. From the initial meeting to the job being completed he remained a true professional with a kind, honest, polite, and friendly manner. He helped alleviate some stresses, talking me through the whole process, explained what he would be doing and suggested any additional works that would need to be carried out. You can tell by his nature he is an honest hardworking man, who made you feel at ease with him around. There was no pressure selling or outrageous charges. He takes pride in his work through his attention to detail, and if you’re not happy with something he’ll change it. He was always very punctual and arrived when he said he would. We would absolutely recommend install plus. Rich did an amazing job on our kitchen. We had the kitchen skimmed, additional sockets put in, kitchen cabinets (from Wren) built and fitted, all appliances hooked up and light fittings installed. Rich fit us in quickly and organised everything. He gave us great advice and installed the kitchen to a very high standard. He also left the space clean every day. A great price and accurate quote. Rich was so helpful and professional from the first time we contacted him. We didn't know where to start and he pointed and helped us in the right direction to find a kitchen supplier. After having our kitchen designed by Wren, Rich provided us with a reasonable and competitive quote and very quickly too. From removing our old kitchen, to sorting new plastering, installing everything, including oven and dishwasher, perfectly and even changing our light fitting for us, Rich has really done a fantastic job and we are so pleased we used him. I am not sure where to start. Rich was professional, tidy and polite throughout installing our Wren kitchen. Rich arrived on time, gave us loads of sensible advice and really took the time to plan and discuss the fit. The fit itself was faultless. Other contractors also complimented the fitting and how level, neat and brilliant it looked. It meant that the rest of our installation could be done without any issues whatsoever. We cannot compliment the work enough and are so glad that this hasn't been a nightmare story. I'd give more stars if I could have would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a fitter.

Rich from Install Plus was amazing! from our initial meeting to discuss what we had in mind and what was being designed by Wren kitchens, to the final fit and finish. Rich was punctual to the second, he worked tirelessly throughout the day, his attention to detail was impressive. I wish I had taken more photos, there's one that shows the kitchen when it was stripped to give an idea of the great work Rich did to make it what it is now. I will upload a picture of the completed kitchen later today. I would highly recommend Rich as he was just an absolute professional, always worked tidy, always informative of any work he was doing, happy to field any questions we had throughout the process 10/10. It has transformed our kitchen to a wonderful space to be in.

Rich was absolutely brilliant all the way through the process. He was really responsive at all times which made life really easy. From looking at the original Wren design, Rich had some additions and things to take out and measured up for a boiler cabinet as well to hide the boiler. From ripping out the old kitchen, having the ceiling plastered to fitting the new kitchen, Rich was exceptionally helpful and professional, completing all the works to a high standard whilst keeping the space he was working in clean and tidy. He always checked with us about stuff (how we wanted handles attached and which direction to install flooring) which we found really great. He did the whole install in a week and we couldn't be happier with the quality of his work. Even when one cabinet door was damaged by Wren, he's come back twice to fit replacements. Really couldn't recommend Rich highly enough. He did it all, gas, plumbing, install, electrics and he did it to an exceptionally high standard. We love our new kitchen!
