We’ve worked with ID Property Development on multiple major projects over the years, both when we were Bumbles and now as Martin’s, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. When we first opened as Bumbles, they fitted our original commercial kitchen, and the quality of the work was brilliant from start to finish. More recently, during our rebrand to Martin’s, they completely filled in the old kitchen wall and the back window bay, transforming the space exactly how we envisioned it. The workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout every stage has been outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, communication was great, and the finished work looks fantastic. It’s hard to find builders you can genuinely trust, but these guys have been reliable, skilled, and easy to work with on every project we’ve done together. Would highly recommend ID Property Development to anyone looking for quality work done properly.
We recently used ID property developments for the refurbishment of our downstairs toilet / cloakroom, new internal doors, lighting and a few other jobs. We were really impressed with the standard of work that was done and found the team friendly and professional. Communication was really good throughout the process and we're delighted with the end result. Positive experience and would definitely use them again.
We recently had ID in to completely redecorate our living room including plastering two walls which were in need of repair, adding new plug sockets where required, laying laminate flooring, fitting new skirting board, painting the whole room and hanging a lovely new door. They were the easiest of several companies we tried to obtain a quote from and arrange a start date for the works to begin. Everyone who turned up on site were professional and friendly and open to our ideas as well as offering their own expertise where needed and the house was left clean and tidy at the end of every day. A great team who can tackle everything from painting to plumbing which is why we will be inviting them back to transform our utility room into a downstairs shower room in the near future.

I used ID for the recent renovation of my property in Selly Oak - and generally I've been extremely happy with the quality of the work. In some cases Ian and the team actually went beyond the immediate brief to ensure a quality finish, and still remained within the agreed budget. They were also consistently open and transparent about potential issues, flagged them early, and gave clear options and costs where appropriate to resolve. Ian has managed the whole project very well, and his communication, responsiveness and coordination have been excellent. Very happy - would recommend ID and will use them next time !
Id Property development renovated my bathroom. They did a great job. I really needed to rent out my flat asap and they completed the job fast and to a great standard with a really nice design.
ID property developments have now completed 2 projects at my property a garage conversion and a kitchen extension. The team on site have been fantastic throughout, always friendly, clean and tidy, I couldn't have asked for more. Ian and Jakki are fantastic listen to what you want and make it work. Half way through we realised the original door plans wouldn't have worked and between them they came up with a great solution and custom built doors which look great and work much better than the original idea. All the works are finished to a really high standard, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Old Cloakroom suite and flooring removed and replaced with a new modern suite. Fantastic Service from initial visit to take measurements to the clean up after fitting. Friendly, professional workforce with very competitive prices. Would definitely recommend ID Property Developments and have just enquired about another home project.
Our new hob wasn’t working for months and trying to get through to the retailer was impossible. Thanks to ID (and in particular Ant) it now works!!! One socket replaced and the hob wiring trimmed following the copious fuse blows and we can now cook again (no more microwave) all in just 1 hour. Thank you so much - amazing service would recommend time and time again.
