After being fobbed off by my own maintenance trying to tell me that my washing machine (less than 6 months old) was the problem, I phoned Agile Electrics to have a look. Turns out there was a fault with both the socket that my washing machine had been plugged into and some loose wiring in my fuse box which Mark sorted. Mark was really friendly and very reassuring. Fantastic company and an excellent job… After switching to an EV I was fortunate to stumble across Agile Electrics on Google… I’ so glad I did! Had seen some of the larger companies appear first and had filled in a several online quote forms… The more feedback I seen about the larger companies, the more dread I had! Mark came out promptly from Agile, explained what the process would involve, and advised on the type of charger I required, ensuring I understood the information. Five days later I have just plugged in the car to charge at home! Everything was included in the quote (seems this is not the case with many of the larger companies). I was very happy from start to finish. I was given a quote over the phone by the operator who was very professional, he managed to give me an appointment for fitting the next working day which I was very pleased with. Dean the electrician arrived at my property and offered to take off his shoes before going upstairs to fit my pendant which was very thoughtful, a very polite young man and also very professional. Would definitely use your company again.
Electrician arrived an hour later than expected, but once here was most efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained each step as he went. Worked very quickly and cleared up afterwards. The whole experience was very positive.

I recently contacted Agile Electrics to change a light fitting & switch in my kitchen, and I'm so glad I did 😊. The guy on the phone was polite and made sure the details of the job were correct and gave me a quote. They actually provided a quote when I rang up, which is amazing as you know what you are paying and if you are comfortable from the get set go, a lot of other companies want to quote you once they come out and then you have to pay a call out fee. Their prices are very reasonable and communication is 10/10. They had great availability and were willing to work around my timetable. They were professional and well-mannered when attending, worked to a good standard, knew what they was doing and got the job done swiftly. They ensured to even clean up after themselves and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. Would 100% use them again and recommend them to others! Had a quick job needing to be done with replacing plugs and lights in a bed room and Yunus made the whole thing very easy, he promised a call back within 5 minutes and arranged for an appointment within the next 4 hours in line with my schedule. The 2 lads that came to do the job were very pleasant and completed the job within the space of an hour and even took into account any other works I will get done for that room and helped faciliate it. I contacted Agile Electrics LTD to supply and fit a bathroom extractor fan. I used WhatsApp to make contact and send some photos of the old fan. The response was immediate and friendly and I accepted a quote for the work. My new fan is fitted and working. The electricians who attended were both courteous and respectful of the property. I would recommend Agile Electrics and would be happy to have them again for future work. The WhatsApp contact is super for me because I am deaf. A superb service.
UPD: I have noticed that the lamp bulb is under wrong angle and turned out that the pedant was fixed wrong and now stuck. Team doesn't respond back... Probably need to make another review with less stars in it... Hope someone will get back to me and make things right. UPD 2: they don't want to come back and make it right, really poor customer service, it's such a shame, as the first impression was pretty good First review, was rated 5 stars: Not only changed the lights, but went above and beyond helping with the pendant, that required some modification, after the different lamp type was installed. Had a great experience with Agile Electrics. Needed a new electric oven to be hardwired after failure to install by the retailer. Booked in 3 days (just after busy Christmas/New Year period) and was fitted/working, including a small part they had to go and collect, for an pre-agreed quoted rate, in under an hour. I had an issue with out plug which was sparking and smoking. The team came down same day within a hour of calling and assessed the socket and installed a new one within the hour. It was fast and efficient. I would recommend using them.
