Had a total power failure on a Sunday, turned up in less than a hour informed me of the problem. As fault was required to be done by national power he didn’t change anything. Thank you

Our iron blew the electrics this afternoon, rang Noble electrics and told him the issue. First thing he said was let me try and save you £70. Took a picture of the fuse box and sent it to him, I hadn’t noticed the main fuse had tripped, he said click it back up and all came back on. Genuine nice lad who could of came out and took the £70 for 5 seconds work, nice to know there’s still some honest people out there.

Spoke to him on the phone to book an EICR and he seemed OK and asked me to send him the online form with my details. I sent this on 16 April and waited,,,and waited. After a week he hadn't responded so I sent a reminder. 2 days on and still no response so I've found an electrician who does reply. I'm not bothered if he doesn't want the job, there are plenty of electricians out there, but he could at least have had the common courtesy of replying. I find that rude and unprofessional

Rang in an emergency on a Saturday evening. He was over at mine straight away, fixed the problem within an hour and charged a lot less than I'd expect for work of the quality. Was also very friendly and had a nice chat throughout the job. If anything goes wrong again this will be my first point of call

Call out for electrical damage (wire and socket). Able to attend quickly, fixed the problem, and a really great guy. Would definitely recommend.

Called on a Saturday for a broken bathroom light switch. Switch replaced a couple of hours later at a decent price with super friendly service, cost given upfront with no hidden charges. Superb professional company.

Rang Jon with a problem with the in-laws fuse board, Jon answered the phone straight away and guided me through resetting the board over the phone, he could have easily charged me a call out fee , this guy is really genuine, would definitely recommend him.

What an amazing, calm and truly lovely guy!! We had a flood coming from the bathroom through the lights and plug sockets downstairs. He calmly talked us through how to check the main breaker to see which one was tripping it. He then told us to leave it for 24hours to dry out, unscrew the sockets to also let them dry out and then told us he wouldn't charge us as he didn't need to come out unless things were bad tomorrow after it's dried a bit. . What a lovely guy, honestly, if you need anything done, call him! I'm so pleased with all his advice and the way he was able to calm us both down.

Called with an electrical problem and was able to advise over the phone free of charge, genuine professional and friendly could of called out for some easy money but didnt when he knew it was an easy fix, thats why i would 100% recommend and would use again in the future.

My heat sank when my underfloor heating stopped working - I was expecting and an expensive and complex repair with a big bill to match - but Jonny came out and diagnosed the problem quickly - within a couple of days I was back up and running and at a really reasonable price - would definitely use Jonny again for any electrical issues around the house - cheers Jonny!

I have used NSE many times in the past and John is the absolute best at what he does. I called John 7pm on a Friday night after an unknown electrical fault tripped my electrics. He was here within 30 mins and 1.30 hrs later we where back up and discovered an invisible boiler leak. Total life saver, excellent pricing and service. Call NSE before anyone else, you won't be Disappointed.

Amazingly responsive and very welcome after a weekend with no power, thanks to Storm Arwen! When power came back on, we had no power to the downstairs and no heating. This firm tried to help over the phone to avoid any charge. However it couldn't be fixed over the phone. The gentleman was here within the hour and got my electrics and heating back on for me. I don't know what I would have done without him. Also a fraction of the price of another emergency firm I called. No hesitation to highly recommend.

I have used these guys on more than one occasion, mostly for small work such as electrical test and inspections. I have however recently purchased a large property which needed fully rewired.
