Lewis, the Engineer messaged before arriving for the gas check appointment. Prior to that, the company sent several text messages to remind me about the appointment which helped. On the day of the appointment, Lewis arrived and showed respect for the home by taking his shoes off. He advised on what he was there to do and proceeded to do his task. Overall, impressed with how well the company communicated and the Engineer that visited.

The fridge socket was checked and was indeed faulty, mainly due to age! The smoke alarms and old light fixtures were switched out for current specification ones! Very thorough and helpful providing information on all the items checked etc! Very good experience!

Once again these guys have impressed me from start to finish. My initial enquiry was dealt with quickly and professionally with a confirmation of booking almost immediately by Rebecca. I was politely reminded of the appointment in the run up to the scheduled visit and the guys turned up bang on time, after a text to say they were setting off from their previous appointment and would be with me in 38 minutes. They found the fault in record time and installed a double socket for me whilst they were here. I’m very happy with the service Paul provided. He removed the old heater at my flat in Stockport- Manchester and installed a brand new one. The work was done professionally and efficiently, and everything was left clean and tidy. The installation took place in December 2025, and I’m very satisfied with the result. Highly recommended.

Very good and efficient service. Manchester EICR made all the arrangements with the tenants at 2 properties, turned up on time and did the tests. One property needed remedial work which they arranged a suitable time with the tenant for a follow up visit and carried out the work. They provided certificates for the EICR and PAT as soon as I paid the invoice. Update: Danny carried out a 3rd test for me and again I was completely satisfied with the meeting arrangements beforehand which Danny stuck to and how he just got on with the job when he arrived. The electricians that carried out maintenance in my power board were very friendly and knowledgeable. They completed the work quickly and talked me through what they had done.
The only good thing I can say about this company is that they offered me a free coffee to leave a review! They’re outrageously expensive, the electricians may be ok , but the admin people are incompetent and inefficient. Very quick to take your money but issuing the documents you’ve paid for doesn’t seem to be a priority. Won’t be using them again

They quoted a very competitive price, they arranged a suitable date and time direct with the tenant, text reminders were sent the night before and after the EICR was completed an invoice was sent the next day with a copy of the completed report. I had Manc EICR do a survey on my house before I bought it, which pointed out that I needed a new fusebox fitting. Paul S, is such a polite, friendly and efficient worker. He checked all of my electrical sockets, including my plug sockets, light fittings, thorougout my property, installed a heat alarm in my kitchen and a couple of temporary smoke alarms. He checked my electric circuit board, my carbon monoxide alarm and changed a faulty electrical wall switch socket. He was extremely thorough and did an exceptional job! I'm extremely happy with all of the checks and the work carried out today! In my opinion, Paul S is a real credit to your company!

I would like to say a massive thank you for the excellent electrical safety check. Paul was polite from the beginning; he asked for permission before entering the house.He respected my home at all times. Did all the checks also manage to fix a loose socket and change a light bulb. I've had electricians from a previous company, and most wouldn't even stay more than 10 mins. They did basic checks but would issue a full safety report.It's important for housing to work with companies that are willing to provide the best services for tenants.
