Used Manchester Compliance for 1st time today to get a new ceiling fan fitted and sort a Ring Security Camera for my Dad who is 88 and has early stage Dementia. Jake was the electrician who attended and he was absolutely brilliant. Happy to speak to me on phone and keep me updated on jobs he also chatted and explained everything to Dad whilst there. Lovely bloke who knew exactly what he was doing was the review from Dad. I will definitely be using Manchester Compliance for any future electrical work. Lewis, Liam and the team done a full rewire for us in June 2026, all work was done in 1 day , I could'nt recommend these guys enough, everything was explained and went to plan, very friendly, and tidy work, and also a mention for Pete who shown us round the house after the work was done and sorted any minor issues.

Fast and efficient service following on from an unsatisfactory EICR. We were contacted to schedule remedial works with a reminder the evening before. Arrived on time and completed the works speedily without any disruption. Fully tested and demonstrated that the works had been completed, cleaned as they worked and passed on contact details should any issues arise. Spot on.

A lovely gent replaced an oven in my flat today. I reported the issue late night and the next day they called to book an appointment the same day. It was a quick job and he was a positive and easy to talk to. He also explained the instructions on how to leave it on the first time, before cooking anything. The appliance looks great. Ricky has also been to fix a couple of things in the flat - he is always really quick and efficient and gets the job done effectively. He’s very pleasant and friendly. Great job. Excellent service. Ricky arrived to carry out an electrical safety test. He found a fault which needed fixing. The fix was carried out efficiently and Ricky explained the problem in a clear and friendly way, telling me everything he was doing along the way - he even tidied up some rough wiring from a previous installation to make sure everything was good. He checked I was happy and that everything was working again before he left. Top notch service and would highly recommend these guys and Ricky's quality work.

I recently used Manchester Compliance to prepare an EICR for a rental property and undertake remedial work. The service provided by Liam was professional and to a high standard. After being let down by other electrical engineers fortunately I found Manchester Compliance. From my first contact and site visit everything was explained clearly to me, after their visit they contacted me as promised with details of works required and a quote for the job. A date was agreed and they turned up as they said completing a partial rewire, fitting of a new Consumer Unit and extra sockets as requested along with the plastering in 2 days. The work was completed in a careful considerate manner obviously there’s going to be a lot of dust but they managed to keep this to a minimum. I would recommend Manchester Compliance for any electrical work you may have.

I hired Manchester Compliance for complete rewiring of tenant's house. The team did a great job, started and finished the rewiring on the same day and cleaned everything before leaving. Local electrician said it would take a week to rewire with tenant's in place so the same job done in a day (with a Pass EICR) was a great advantage. Later on the plasterer also did a good job. I would recommend Manchester Compliance for rewiring.

Came to do a full rewire of an old terrace house, it was one price for everything so no concerns as to what it would cost to have extras like fitting my video doorbell or an extra socket here or there etc. They came in a big team and their efficency was something to behold! They managed the whole house in a day which was great for us as we didn't want to be without power for long. Great professional service from the whole team and they put us in touch with a fantastic plasterer who started the very next day to make right the holes who did it to a very high standard.

Liam and his team did a full re-wire of our property. The rewire was done in under a day and a half and the work was excellent. The team were punctual and also very clean and tidy. They also arranged the plasterer to come in afterwards and he also did an excellent job and left the house very clean and tidy when he has finished. Really impressed with the service received. From the initial assessment they were on time and professional. Quote provided quickly and accurate to the work required. Other companies were talking 7+ days to do a rewire but Manchester compliance had it done in 10 hours! They sent out dust sheets in advance and covered with a second layer I'd dust sheets which kept the dustiness to a minimum but also hoovered and cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend Manchester Compliance highly enough for the outstanding job they did in a full rewire at our 1930s property we recently bought. We were little apprehensive to get the rewire done due to the potential damage and mess this would cause however Liam talked us through the process which gave us much needed reassurance to get the work done. The property was left clean & tidy you would not have known a full rewire had just been done. I recently used these guys to certify the appliances in my house so I could sell it and they did a great job, installed an earth wire to spec and in the allotted time they gave me, they even came back after i called them to remedy a light switch, would recommend.

Liam responded immediately when we asked for a quote and was with us within 24 hours of our initial enquiry. Our quote was with us within an hour of Liam’s visit. It doesn’t sound like much but there are so many people out there who let you down with these simple things, Liam never did. The quote was reasonable and included everything we needed including the plastering after the electrical work was done. All work completed this weekend, Liam and his team worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently yesterday to get several electrical jobs done, taking time at the end of the day to diagnose and repair an electrical fault which had nothing to do with the work they had been doing, demonstrating really great customer service. Today the plasterer arrived as promised and, again quickly and cleanly filled in the gaps made yesterday, also filling some dints and dings in the walls that, again, had nothing to do with the work that had been done. Loam has visited again today to tighten everything and check that he is happy with the work done. I see no reason to look elsewhere for any electrical work in the future and have already thought of some other bits I want a quote for. I’ll be recommending Manchester Compliance to all my family and friends. You can’t go wrong trusting this team.

We had a full re-wire and replaster which was completed to a very high standard within 2 days for a 3 bed property, we were kept up to date with the progress and what the job would entail. They respected our home and caused as little damage as possible during the work and amazingly on our return found them mopping and vacuuming up any mess caused.
