Fast and professional!
Your lad came smack on time and was very efficient and pleasant.... I was very Impressed with him .
Really professional and nice 😊
I first spoke with Paul, who was absolutely lovely from the very beginning. He took the time to explain exactly what the EICR involved, talked me through the entire process of arranging it, and clearly outlined the cost, which made everything straightforward and easy to understand. Paul was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. The booking process was quick and hassle-free, and I was really impressed with how efficiently everything was handled. The inspection was arranged promptly, and I received the full report back within just two days, which exceeded my expectations. Communication from Paul and the team was excellent from start to finish. They responded to my queries very quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made the whole experience stress-free. Thank you, Paul and the entire team, for your fantastic service, professionalism, and for completing everything so quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient service.
Great friendly service thank you 👍

Superb service and top engineer completed a number of jobs with prestine quality defo a company to use in the future
Used Manchester Compliance for 1st time today to get a new ceiling fan fitted and sort a Ring Security Camera for my Dad who is 88 and has early stage Dementia. Jake was the electrician who attended and he was absolutely brilliant. Happy to speak to me on phone and keep me updated on jobs he also chatted and explained everything to Dad whilst there. Lovely bloke who knew exactly what he was doing was the review from Dad. I will definitely be using Manchester Compliance for any future electrical work. Also big thank you to Paul and Liam who sorted appointment out for me. Definitely 5 stars from me (& Dad).
Nice polite and helpful people to speak to on the phone, extremely competitive prices, quick clean and efficient service and professional all round, including each member of the team that attended to carry out work. You can’t ask for much or expect any better. Wish most companies and people were as easy to deal with … And just for the record, they are neither my friends or my family and I do not own them anything nor them me to give a positive review. Five star
It was quick and easy.

I recently used Manchester Compliance to prepare an EICR for a rental property and undertake remedial work. The service provided by Liam was professional and to a high standard. He subsequently returned promptly to resolve an issue that arose following the work (no fault of his). I will use Manchester Compliance in future and have no hesitation in recommending them.
Very friendly and helpful! Fixed the problem within minutes of being in my house.
We had a home electrical safety check done, then follow up work. Communication was very prompt and clear. The appointment time was kept well and estimated work time also correct. Prices were very similar to other quotes and parts prices matched what I saw online. The engineer quietly worked away, did the work well and explained clearly what I needed to know.
This company is on the ball and meet their commitments. Fast and efficient and thorough. Polite and courteous keep you fully informed.
We have used this company for a number of properties. Every time we contact them they are quick to respond and then quick to arrange a survey and carry out the necessary work at a reasonable cost. Recently I needed a copy document from 4 years ago which I had lost. It was sent to me within a couple of hours - Brilliant service - Many thanks
What can I say....fantastic job. Full house rewire. Communication great from start to finish. Finished the job earlier than expected and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend this company.
After being let down by other electrical engineers fortunately I found Manchester Compliance. From my first contact and site visit everything was explained clearly to me, after their visit they contacted me as promised with details of works required and a quote for the job. A date was agreed and they turned up as they said completing a partial rewire, fitting of a new Consumer Unit and extra sockets as requested along with the plastering in 2 days. The work was completed in a careful considerate manner obviously there’s going to be a lot of dust but they managed to keep this to a minimum. I would recommend Manchester Compliance for any electrical work you may have.
16.01.2024 Manchester Compliance fitted recessed/spot lighting into my spare bedroom. The work was carried out efficiently, they did an excellent job and the Team was very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend this company.
Manchester Compliance was able to complete an electrical survey and a full house rewire within a short space of time, working quickly and cleanly. Communication was excellent throughout and there was no area of work that wasn't explained clearly in advance. Highly recommended.
I hired Manchester Compliance for complete rewiring of tenant's house. The team did a great job, started and finished the rewiring on the same day and cleaned everything before leaving. Local electrician said it would take a week to rewire with tenant's in place so the same job done in a day (with a Pass EICR) was a great advantage. Later on the plasterer also did a good job. I would recommend Manchester Compliance for rewiring.
Extremely professional and experienced team. Rewired my property in a day causing very minimal damage. Communication was spot on aswell no waiting around for a reply. Price was also very competitive. Highly recommended
Came to do a full rewire of an old terrace house, it was one price for everything so no concerns as to what it would cost to have extras like fitting my video doorbell or an extra socket here or there etc. They came in a big team and their efficency was something to behold! They managed the whole house in a day which was great for us as we didn't want to be without power for long. Great professional service from the whole team and they put us in touch with a fantastic plasterer who started the very next day to make right the holes who did it to a very high standard.
Many thanks for promptly completing the property rewire and providing the certificates, as ever a fantastic job done by Liam and the team, nothing was to much for them and even some last minute changes accommodated. Great communication throughout the job and the site was left spotless. Once again many thanks and I will be in touch when the next project starts.
We recently had our two bed terrace rewired by Liam and his team at Manchester Compliance and I must say that they did an outstanding job. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They arrived on time and were always respectful of our home, and they completed the job in just one day! Liam himself was a pleasure to work with. He was always available to answer questions and he offered advice on the best course of action for our needs. He and his team took great care to ensure that all of the work was done to a very high standard. We thought that a full rewire would be a stressful and time consuming job but thanks to the team it felt like a breeze. Overall, I would highly recommend Manchester Compliance. They are extremely professional and clearly care about their clients and the work that they do.
Texted them with what needed fixing (with photos), they replied with quote within 3 hours and came to do the job the same afternoon. Great service. Satisfied customer. Happy to recommend them.

Liam and his team did a full re-wire of our property. The rewire was done in under a day and a half and the work was excellent. The team were punctual and also very clean and tidy. They also arranged the plasterer to come in afterwards and he also did an excellent job and left the house very clean and tidy when he has finished. The price was also fair and in line with other quotes we had. An excellent job all round and would highly recommend to anyone needing electrical work.
I can't thank Liam and his team enough for the excellent rewire they have just done on my parents house. Professional, courteous, amazingly tidy and quick too. Nothing is too much trouble for them. As long as you prepare your house like they ask you to then you won't be disappointed. First class job & Highly recommended. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 — in Manchester, United Kingdom.
Very happy with everything. Only took 1 day.
Really impressed with the service received. From the initial assessment they were on time and professional. Quote provided quickly and accurate to the work required. Other companies were talking 7+ days to do a rewire but Manchester compliance had it done in 10 hours! They sent out dust sheets in advance and covered with a second layer I'd dust sheets which kept the dustiness to a minimum but also hoovered and cleaned up after themselves. Would strongly recommend them and Pricewise comparable to local electrician
We used Manchester Compliance for a full rewire of our house and would highly recommend them. The rewire was completed within one day and we were very happy with the work. They were friendly, helpful and professional throughout.
About 3 weeks we had some electrical work done by Liam's team. They arrived on time, got straight to work and were very professional. They installed 3 security lights, outside and indoor sockets and outdoor wall lights - all for a reasonable price. We are really pleased with their work and would recommend!

All went well. The guys arrived on time, were efficient, did a great job. It had been a bit more work than they'd initially expected. Tidied up, talked me through the procedure for breaks. Couldn't fault them.

This business rewired our new home and add a new circuit board for the electricity. They were extremely professional and I would have no problem recommending them. We were particularly impressed with Mike who did the plastering who did an excellent job and the follow up visit be Lewis to ensure the job was completed to our full satisfaction.
The installation guys turned up and looked professional and cracked on with the job, very friendly and did a fantastic job, it tested their patience and said it was their most challenging job but we are extremely grateful to them for sorting out what has been a nightmare for me and my wife, I phoned up the day before for a quote and told the boss of the company about my wife's health problems and he said he will squeeze it into their busy schedule the day after because of my wife's problems, we really appreciate him doing this so quickly, can't say enough good things about the service
Rewire completed by Manchester compliance for our new home - thanks again guys would recommend Cheers
Liam & his team carried out a full rewire for us in September 2021 & they were amazing. The quote was very reasonable and the work was carried out in just a day, the completion docs were provided promptly & any follow up queries we had were responded to swiftly. They were very transparent with costs & timescales and the work was extremely neat. We highly recommend their services! Sophie & Danny
We had a full re-wire completed and cannot fault these guys. Liam who attended to do the quote was really professional & knowledgeable offering his advice throughout. There was very minimal mess & disruption which was fantastic. The job was done quickly but efficiently and I'm so glad we opted for the chrome sockets as they make such a difference. A very reliable trustworthy company who I would definitely recommend.
I cannot recommend Manchester Compliance highly enough for the outstanding job they did in a full rewire at our 1930s property we recently bought. We were little apprehensive to get the rewire done due to the potential damage and mess this would cause however Liam talked us through the process which gave us much needed reassurance to get the work done. The team did an amazing job and completed the work within 2 days and that included the plastering & finishing off. The property was left clean & tidy you would not have known a full rewire had just been done. The team arrived promptly at the house and they were very polite and respectful when carrying out the works. We are extremely satisfied with the works carried out which were to the highest of standards. We also added in a few little other jobs whilst the works were being carried out and nothing was too much trouble. I have recommended Manchester Compliance to my friends & family for electrical works and I will most certainly have them back in the future when we install electrics to the garden. If you are looking for an honest, reliable & professional contractor, look no further than Manchester Compliance!
Manchester compliance did a yearly electrical check at my property the gentleman that came was very polite & chatty was very efficient & wore his mask all the time due to Covid rules...was very satisfied!
I recently used these guys to certify the appliances in my house so I could sell it and they did a great job, installed an earth wire to spec and in the allotted time they gave me, they even came back after i called them to remedy a light switch, would recommend.
I didn't really believe a full rewire could be completed in a day until Manchester Compliance actually did it. They did an excellent job and left everything tidy behind them. I would not hesitate in recommending them to all my family and friends.
Excellent work carried out by Jake would recommend this company.

Helpfully rearranged the time of the appointment booked by my letting agent to allow me to meet some working-from-home responsibilities. Much appreciated. Explained the further work that would need to be done clearly. Very helpful
The gentleman was nice, I asked him to take his shoes off as we had just had the house cleaned and carpets shampooed and he took them off with no problem, he also wore a mask which was reassuring, he was very professional and kept me informed of everything.
Great company, arrive on time, complete the job in a timely manner and clear their mess. Highly recommend!

Manchester Compliance did an excellent job, they were on time and made sure they let me know they were on their way. They did a full electrical test on my fuse box/sockets in my home, even sorted out my bathroom light which was not working. Kept me in the loop with what they were doing at all times, very professional outfit. Highly recommend them !!
Great service from Manchester Compliance from start to finish. Liam was extremely polite and professional with no pressure to use them for the work undertaken. Would definitely recommend and use them again for any electrical work needed.
Liam responded immediately when we asked for a quote and was with us within 24 hours of our initial enquiry. Our quote was with us within an hour of Liam’s visit. It doesn’t sound like much but there are so many people out there who let you down with these simple things, Liam never did. The quote was reasonable and included everything we needed including the plastering after the electrical work was done. All work completed this weekend, Liam and his team worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently yesterday to get several electrical jobs done, taking time at the end of the day to diagnose and repair an electrical fault which had nothing to do with the work they had been doing, demonstrating really great customer service. Today the plasterer arrived as promised and, again quickly and cleanly filled in the gaps made yesterday, also filling some dints and dings in the walls that, again, had nothing to do with the work that had been done. Loam has visited again today to tighten everything and check that he is happy with the work done. I see no reason to look elsewhere for any electrical work in the future and have already thought of some other bits I want a quote for. I’ll be recommending Manchester Compliance to all my family and friends. You can’t go wrong trusting this team.
Can not fault Liam at all. He was on time and very professional. Really polite and friendly and did everything he needed to do. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs work doing and would definitely go to him again in the future.
Great company to work with. Professional, efficient with great communication. As a Landlord who lives abroad, they communicated well over email and WhatsApp. I required the new EICR for my properties and Liam carried out the reports for two properties and necessary upgrade works for one of them. I needed a full rewire which they did effectively with very minimal damage. Very happy with the works and communication including pictures, progress updates and solutions to some minor issues. Highly recommended.
Came to our property on behalf of our landlord/letting agent to do checks and subsequently carry out some work as part of new electrical safety regulations for rented properties, replaced fuse box and new smoke alarms fitted. The two gentlemen who carried out the work were friendly and efficient and explained what needed to be done after initial visit to do checks on property. Would recommend this company to others 👍
We had a full re-wire and replaster which was completed to a very high standard within 2 days for a 3 bed property, we were kept up to date with the progress and what the job would entail. They respected our home and caused as little damage as possible during the work and amazingly on our return found them mopping and vacuuming up any mess caused. They were on time and completed the job on time. Any aftercare support we were told just to give them a call and they will be there. I cannot thank them enough a job well done. Would fully recommend them.
I have used Manchester Compliance a few times now for various electrical work and as a landlord they have carried out electrical certification as and when needed. Would highly recommend !!

Got the installation certificate very promptly. Extremely happy with the job. I own a couple of other rental properties, will be using this company again and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
