Finally! A reliable, trustworthy and competent electrician. Not sure why they’re so hard to find these days. Andrew turned up when he said he would and fixed my outside security light for a very reasonable price. All of this on the same day I phoned him. Unbelievably good service from a really nice guy. Spot on, Andy did an EICR for me and pointed out a couple of potential issues which I could sort myself. Gave solid advice, good communication and was on time, clean and tidy. I recently contacted Andy to install a new extractor fan in my bathroom. He was not only friendly and professional but also communicated all the job details clearly. Andy came to two of my HMO properties during September, I had to have emergency lighting done to one house, an EICR, and smoke alarm Landlord certificates, and PAT testing. The other property just a EICR certificate. On both houses I had a few problems which Andy sorted out quickly and efficiently. I called Andrew the same night it happened and he was very polite and helpful. He came out to my house the following day on time and sorted the issue out.
