I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using Lawlor’s Paving Services. We paid a lot of money for patio paving works which were left incomplete and poorly finished. The job was not completed to a professional standard and several serious issues were left unresolved, including: • Moving slabs • Uneven and unlevel slabs near the entrance • Gaps and joints not properly filled • An uneven cement ramp • Cement marks left on new slabs • Poor installation creating potential trip hazards In addition, the driveway and surrounding areas were left dirty where sand and cement were unloaded, and the site was left with rubble, waste materials, tools and machinery. They even left a cement mixer in my drive way which they hired from Travis Perkins. Despite multiple attempts to contact them over several days, calls went unanswered. They later promised to return on a specific date to fix everything but failed to turn up. They also requested additional advance payment before agreeing to complete the job, even though our agreement stated no further payment was due until completion. As a result, we had no choice but to terminate the contract and arrange another contractor to finish and rectify the work. Our experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. Based on what we have experienced, I cannot recommend this company.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m really happy with the block paving on my driveway. Tommy and The team were professional, hardworking, and clearly knew what they were doing from start to finish. The work was completed to a high standard, everything was left clean and tidy each day, and the finished result looks fantastic. They were reliable, easy to communicate with, and took pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality driveway or paving work.
Bad experience. I have been chasing them to finish their work but there are false promises, missed deadlines. Don't pay until your are completely satisfied. Wait for atlwast 2 weeks to ensure that no new defects are visible else like me you will follow up with no success. Once you have paid, they become silent on responses until you give up eventually.

Absolutely awful cowboy pavers. They did not do the job they stated they would, left the job half finished. From the beginning they kept pushing us back weeks. Upon arrival there were about 10 of them along with a child doing the job. They demanded money from the minute they entered my property, in cash. I have been chasing them to come back and finish the job which they keep postponing. They have taken bricks from my previous patio out inside my shed, they did not bother to put framing around my garden beds or a proper drainage system, or place a proper foundation so that weeds do not come out, all of which they stated they would do. PLEASE avoid them and save yourself the headache. I highly doubt the positive reviews are from actual customers and negative ones they probably remove, however I will keep posting my review. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
Michael and his team transformed our front drive and rear patio by laying block paving for over 300 square meters. Their work is very professional with excellent customer liason. I woulding thoroughly recommend them if you're considering having any block work done.

After reading the positive reviews we chose to use Lawlors to put up a new fence and new patio. We needed the roof of our shed repaired which they don't do but were going to get someone to do this for us. They did the shed themselves, it leaked the first time it rained. After a lot of chasing we got a small refund. On the first windy day the fence fell down, after some chasing Michael came and repaired it, quite reluctantly as he didn't have the correct equipment and was happy to leave us with a missing panel and we have a dog. We had to persuade him to do the repair immediately. The finish on the patio was ok, the fence post was a bit broken and one of his workers used our garden storage unit to climb on, broke it but never told us. Not a positive experience

i contacted this company from online tradeperson to do my back garden. Amount was agreed . 24 hrs After work commence, Michael started requesting for cash payment and wanting all payment when work has not gone 10 percent. he became very aggressive and threatening when i did not agreed to paying cash and i insisted on bank transferred. To make this story short, be very careful when using their services they are not honest at all. They go doing bits and bits and claiming double money for materials and moving away. i
I highly recommend Lawlors Paving. They work team arrived on time in the mornings, reliable, tidy, and great communication throughout. They took care of removing the old paving and replacing with new and left the site exactly as found. Minimal mess and disruption and very respectful of the rest of the property in moving materials/waste in and out. Very impressed and we will use again for future projects and will certainly recommend to others. The process from quote to installation was a pleasure and Michael talked us through the work as it progressed. Rating: 10/10.
Michael and Thomas and there team did a great job working on time and even so close to Christmas they went the extra mile to have our XL driveway done and finished before Christmas thanks again guys would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again

We are very pleased with our new block paved driveway which Lawlors laid and for a great price. Michael and Thomas were friendly to deal with and were happy to talk through any questions we had. We hired these guy couple weeks back and wasn't sure as now days its hard to find honest guys but how happy we are that we went with lawlors nothing was a problem everything was done ontime and professionally and they even (POWERWASHED) the front of our house pathway when the work was done really professional highly recommend Michael / Thomas & there team 👏

Excellent job block paving front. Removed hard standing drive & grass area, layed foundation and layed blocks in the colour and design I required, tidied up and took away all rubbish, all completed in two days. Would recommend.
