⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall, I’m really pleased with the garden renovation completed by Caldwell Paving Services. The team was friendly, professional, and worked hard throughout the project. The quality of the finished work is good, and my garden has been transformed. There were a couple of small issues along the way, but they were dealt with professionally and didn't take away from the overall result. Communication was good, and the team made sure I was happy with the finished job. I’d happily recommend Caldwell Paving Services to anyone looking for reliable paving and garden renovation work.
Be extremely cautious when considering this company. While the work was completed within a reasonable timeframe, it was done incorrectly despite the contractors having the correct dimensions available from the outset. As they were late starting the job, I was working abroad when the work was completed. However, the owner demanded immediate full payment without me having had the opportunity to inspect the finished job. Fortunately, I stood my ground and waited until I returned a few days later, at which point I discovered the dimensions were wrong. Despite this, he continued to demand full payment and simply promised to return to rectify the issue. I declined and requested the work be corrected first. They eventually returned and moved a post to address the problem, after which he once again demanded immediate payment. As I was still working abroad, I explained that I would inspect the rectified work and make payment upon my return. His response was to threaten to come back immediately and rip out everything they had installed if I did not pay straight away. During the quotation process, this individual was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, once the job was complete, his attitude changed dramatically. What began as a pleasant customer experience quickly became one characterised by unreasonable demands, aggressive behaviour, and a complete disregard for my concerns as a customer. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and would advise others to proceed with caution.
We had our driveway carried out by miles and he's team who have done such a brilliant job 👏 they were all a very efficient, polite, sociable and hard working team from start to finish. I would highly recommend Miles and he's team. 👌

Miles and the whole team were great, they got on with the work super efficiently, tided up after each day and were really considerate throughout the job. They have given a 7 year warranty which makes us really confident on their work and communicated super well throughout the process so we knew when and what to expect. Would highly recommend!

We had miles out to quote up our drive last Saturday was very happy with the quote so went ahead was told any time up to 4 weeks to get us book in but miles got us in with in 5days and only took him and his team 2 days to complete the job both me and my parter r over the moon with how it came out couldn’t recommend these guys enough cheers again gents

I needed my driveway done and found Caldwell through Google. When I called to enquire Miles came to visit the same day, quoted a competitive price and said they would do the job within 3 weeks which would take about 3 days. In fact Miles and team were back in 10 days and the job was finished within 2 days. The guys didn’t stop working the whole time they were here and left no mess whatsoever. Neither did we have to part with any money until the job was completed and to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company, they are very reliable and professional, a rare commodity these days, and I will certainly be getting them in again should I require any work in the future.
Recommend these guys highly...From Miles who was very professional and courteous. To the workforce turned up on time, worked right through, cleaned up after themselves. Took a lot of pride in their work. And fast...Just what you need in building work. EXTREMLY pleased with my drive, and believe me I am hard to please! Thankyou guys.

Unfortunately, 1* is the lowest I could give. This company's reviews are mostly fake. In the process of fitting a neighbours fence they cut through the ajoining brick pillar and left my half loose and dangerous. Billy The Kid would have done a better job. Promised to come back and sort out the damage weeks ago. Total no show & no further communication. Don't waste your time or your money. Don't fall for it.
Im so pleased I went with Caldwell Paving Services. After being completely over quoted by many, let down or treated very poorly with other local contractors, I came across Miles, honest, respectful and reliable. The team arrived exactly when stated, worked extremely hard and completely transformed, and finished my drive within the day 🤩 nothing was a bother, even the little things. Blown away! Looks amazing, and very happy!. Thank you so much!. I would 1000% recommend these guys and this company without hesitation 😊.
Well- what can I say? This company have exceeded my expectations in every way! The workers are polite and respectful as well as masters of paving. The attention to detail has been mind blowing and their skill is outstanding. I would definitely have them back again- in fact- they are now my go to company- great prices and sheer excellence in paving and probably all other work they do. I had at least 5 quotes from other companies and they were astronomical. Contacted Caldwell paving and got a much better price. Miles arrived ready to get started. The team were efficient and tidy, they advised what would work best and were finished in a day! Worked really hard and the finish is great. The 7 year warranty is reassuring though I hope I won't need it as the job has been done well.

Had a guy turn up at my door touting for paving work. I asked him to quote me for a driveway, replacing the old one. He quoted me a really good price so I accepted it. He and his guys started the next week, Monday, 60+Square meters. I was amazed how fast they were, it looks great. My own trade is paving/groundwork but after almost 30 years of doing it myself, I gave it up, I don't enjoy it anymore. Happy to say 'I'm really glad' he knocked on my door. I would/will recommend him and his workers to anyone.

Really pleased with the job - very quick to come out and quote, finished the job in under a day, brought samples so I could choose my preferred colour in person and were very considerate of my neighbours when using the shared access. The team was very polite, left everything spotless and was kind enough to fix down a few loose blocks elsewhere in the garden at no additional charge. Would very much recommend.

I had my front and back gardens done in August ,and paid 28,000 .They have been back cause I had weeds coming thru my new stones ,cause the weed control wasn't put down .Now I have weeds coming thru my slabs ,under the front door and in the back garden .lve phoned them and phoned them and they just ignore me ,and this is supposed to be guaranteed for 7 years .l don't need this ,I have just been diagonised with Cancer

Highly recommended for the great professional service. Miles was on site to supervise the entire 3 day job. We needed to extend out driveway to create additional parking. Miles suggested that we also re-coat the existing driveway so the new and old asphalt driveway matched. We are very pleased with the end result .
